Depend on who's addressing. An overpowered little girl or an adult pretends to be cute probably gonna use term "Tinies" to someone who's smaller than her. Is Professor Anon here? I'm writing a book (I intend to have it turned into a comic or manga in the future, but that's long term planning I have yet to do), and two of the characters are girls with the ability to grow, well, gigantic.

It's implied a plethora of required secondary powers are in effect in order to allow them to scale up without the harmful side effects (they do so by converting energy, as in like ki or mana, into matter).

Also, their senses are enhanced as they grow so interaction with their environment and other characters that are still normal sized isn't as clumsy.

Ok, getting to the point. At least one of them is somewhat athletic and knows some fighting (even though she's pretty curvy and doesn't quite look like it). Against a normal sized (superpowered) enemy, how devastating would be punches, kicks or stomping from an 80 meter (265ish ft) tall giantess? Not just to the target, but the surroundings too, if they create gale winds or earthquakes.

Also, they don't have a set in stone growth limit, but that's about the standard size they grow to when they get serious. They can grow to lesser extent (like the classic 50 ft) and at least once (under influence of an unknown drug) to roughly 3,000 ft. In a dream sequence even up to 5,000.

On this one, how small would be a 6'3" guy to a girl at such sizes?
