I'd like to engage in a bit of theory on this. Well, for the mantis girl, the bee girl is just adorable. So is the mantis girl.

I see comments about people wondering if she'd eat her mate after copulating, and I say she wouldn't. Nor would a spider woman eat her mate after mating. This is because, obviously, they are not spiders, or mantis...seseses. They're not human either, but in appearance they are FAR more different, obviously and without a doubt, than their infamous insectoid and arthropod counterparts.

Much in the same way humans are not monkeys, but they descend from the same ancestor, these girls are not mantis(i?) or widowing spiders. Humans don't fling their shit at each other, have the strength to rip off someone's face, masturbate profusely, and have dwindling mental capacity (although they do masturbate a lot). Hell, we can't even swing on branches right after being born. There is an ovious disconnect between us and a species similar to us, which is what makes us different. Therefor, I believe that with the obvious disconnect between actual infamous species and their monstergirl counterparts, the monstergirls do not possess said infamous characteristics.

Or else they would have been fucking eradicated.

Sorry about the rant, but it's something that annoys me to see. It's not even a funny joke and ruins the content for me, honestly.

You can also go along another route, that by observing the closest cousins or ancestors you can postulate the innate behavior.

While certainly I agree that they wouldn't eat their mates (it would seem like a waste, given how much more energy is required to nurture humanoid young), I still think they would retain a large amount of sexual dimorphism. For non-humanoids, this takes form in much smaller males who try their darndest to impress females. For humanoids, this would translate to something cuter.

Shota-spiders. Imagine the common type rascally shota, spiky hair, sharp eyes, tan skin, and then add a jumping spider's abdomen. They encounter a neechan spider, and the first thing they try to do is act all tough, which just leads to head-pats as she brushes him off. Eventually, the shota-spider will show off his shibari skills, tying up the neechan spider and ineptly attempting to seduce her.

This only causes her to try to hold back her chuckles as he fumbles with her body, and can lead to two things happening. One is that she easily escapes her bonds (shota-spiders use their webbing for acrobatics, not capture), and the other is that she just smiles and stares him down, bedroom eyes and all, showing that dominance is so much more than physically overpowering someone. His resistance is worn away, feeling less and less sure of himself, until he doesn't even notice that the Neechan moved the webbings just so that he could get tangled up in them.

His determination means he gave his all in terms of impressing her, which is a very good trait in a man. Her switch is flipped, and there is now no escape for him.

Of course there are perverted spider-women that enjoy being tied up... But we don't talk about them.

Also, I would say that sexual dymorphism is hardly an infamous trait, at least insofar as sexual cannibalism is. For the species's survival and interest, I'd think that the latter would have to go, much in a similar, albeit opposite way, with how humans evolved to cook their food. What works, you take, what doesn't, you leave behind.

Sadly the reality usually goes the other way. Males (usually young, yes) instinctively leave the safety of their favourite hunting spot and seek females, probing the threads with a "secret handshake" when they find a web that has the right feel.
If they're lucky, the female hasn't mated yet and they get a turn, and depending species and situation they can survive the ordeal... but they haven't eaten in a long while. So a lot of them end up dying of hunger/exhaustion, or just from other predators.
