There isn't any evidence that it has been delayed. The people on Eka's Portal are misconstruing Camel's posts about him being sick/busy as de-facto release dates, delays, etc.

Lambda (Green Slug) - As in demo.
Worm - As in demo.
Lamia - Has 2 vore attacks, same as demo.
Lizardman - At least 1 vore attack.
Harpy - No vore attack that I can tell. Just drags you off screen. No range attack like the original.
Arachne - Might have 2 vore attacks. Grab and webshot.
Salamander - Big blue lizard. 2 vore attacks? Grab and slide?
Dryad - More of a slime girl. 1 vore attack?
Honey Bee - Tiny bee girls No vore attack. Dragged off screen.
Killer Bee - Normal sized bee girl enemy. 1 vore attack... but something odd happens.
Honey Worm - 1 vore attack. If it kills you by eating you it hatches into a killer bee.
Cybele - A sort of white bat girl, has a poison attack, 1 vore attack? Eats you with her tail. Annoying as fuck.
Queen Harpy - Not a boss! Tougher pink re-skin of the harpy with an extra attack. Same as the original Millia Wars with her attacks.
Lizard General - Red re-skin of the Lizzardman. Tougher. Same vore attacks?
Lamia Mage - Blue re-skin of the Lamia. Uses a magic wand for some extra range attacks. Same vore attacks as Lamia.
Undine - Blue slime girl. Re-skin of the "Dryad". Same vore attacks?

1st - Mountain Worm - 1 vore attack?
3rd - Orobourus - HUGE Queen Lamia. 2 vore attacks? No vore attacks? Can eat you with her tail or un-birth you. Being defeated by her results in an infinite loop. No digestion animation. She unbirth you, full tour her, come out her tail and back into her. Prompt asks you to give up but nothing happens. Just vanish and re-spawn?

2nd Queen Bee - Best enemy in the game by far. 2+ vore attacks!

1 - Mid-air grab. Holds you between her legs, struggling causes her to make out with you. With low health she takes you inside her tail, laces you with honey and lays you as an egg. If you don't brake out of the egg, even with health, you insta-die and are turned into a Honey Worm. If you are killed by her vore attack, she just lays the egg and it hatches as a honey worm.

2. Tail grab. She grabs you with her. At low health she takes you inside then spits you out. If you die to it you go deeper inside her. Then she laces you with honey. Then she takes you deeper still into her stomach. After that she digests you. All gone.

3. Killer Bee - As I said something odd happens with these enemies normally but you can't tell what is happening. Until this boss fight! They are actually grabbing you with their tail un-birthing you and then carrying you to the queen. Where they make out with each other and "dock" their tails. She then lets you out in the Queen. Vore scene number 2 then happens.

You can chain this all together though! So lets your self take the mid-air grab, then be laid as an egg. Don't stuggle out of the egg, to become a Honey Worm. With your next life let the Honey Worm eat you. It will then become a Killer Bee. Then let the Killer Bee un-birth you. Then the Killer Bee (that was the original you) she flies over to the Queen, and makes out with her, letting her out inside her tail. Where the Queen then proceeds to eat and digest you.

Unless I am fucking up and Queen Lamia has extra stuff, this is the best enemy.

Well looks like the DRM might not be so hard to remove.

Download the game, extract it's content. Open up "EchidnaWarsDX 1_00.exe".
This will open "DLsite Secure Application Kicker", which is the DRM protection this game has.
It will prompt you to login with your DLsite credentials or Email used when purchasing this game as a guest.
Once information is given and login successful it stores a license on your computer, which "DLsite Secure Application Kicker" checks every time it opens.
This way you only need to input your credentials once, per windows installation.

Once the license is installed, the next time you open up "EchidnaWarsDX 1_00.exe" if UAC is on, "Dlsite Secure Application kicker" will ask to launch.
Select yes, and it will 'securely' unpack the game for you and launch it. Now here's the trick.

Enable "View hidden files", once the game has started check the game folder. There's now additional 'hidden files'. Copy those to another location.
Close the game, paste over those files, remove their hidden flag and delete "EchidnaWarsDX 1_00.exe" and launch "EchidnaWarsDX.exe" instead.
Now you have possibly avoided the DLsite DRM, I haven't tested this on a computer without the DLsite license installed.

But since it's DLsite Secure Application Kicker which IS THE DRM software, I think it's safe to assume the DRM is removed now.
I'm willing to upload to another guy to check, but not sharing publicly. I love this game and you shouldn't pirate it.

There's a variable that holds what entity has eaten you. It's zero normally, and then set to a number (presumably the enemy entity ID). I've never seen the number greater than double-digits.

So, start level, and scan for value of 0
Then get eaten, and scan for increased value.
Then break free and scan for value of 0
Repeat as necessary, but shouldn't take more than a few scans.

While eaten, change the value to zero to become not eaten. The enemy won't change states, and so you can have several on screen visibly satisfying the munchies. You can't damage enemies like this, though, so take care to remember what number you were at. Change the value back to become eaten again.

I am wondering if the Queen Lamia will get a special update.

She is definatly incomplete right now, with no vore animation.

With the way it loops a character I am wondering if she will "hold" a PC inside of her, locking them out of selection.

Then if you get eaten again, she will have two characters inside of her, maybe allowing them to both meet up and get digested together?

Tried doing some cheat engine stuff. Got most things to work. Increase/decrease HP, SP and level for example. I also figured out the zoom and stomach view toggle, and I figured out how to give yourself the "webbed" and "wet" status effects on a button press. I tried doing the same process with the game's other status conditions, but it didn't work correctly. So I can't arbitrarily coat myself in honey, poison myself, catch myself in a magic circle or trap myself in an egg. I think those are more complicated than a few flags.

Not really a big deal, just a heads up for any cheat engine people out there.

I got a wonky error message when I initially tried to extract it, re-downloading it worked. But as the other anon said, set your locale to Japanese, reboot and try again (and run as admin).

If you get air grabbed instead of picked up by a killer bee or by her stinger(?), she can then vore you in a different way which results in being turned into an egg. This drains your levels, then you hatch as a honey worm. And then you can do what you just said.

I think the reason the last boss seems so "lack luster" to people is because the other boss fights both have ways to interact with the boss as well as ways that additional mobs interact with you and the boss all at once. The final boss as no additional mobs to interact with, so when you compare that to the Queen Bee with all the scenes in the universe, it seems bland.

Just found this out:
During the fight vs. the first boss: If you get "killed" by the harpy, while being close to the boss, it will swallow both the character and the harpy for delicious yuri vore action. :3 After being swallowed for good, the harpy will be spit back out.

I think they all have their own merits in terms of looks and personality (and they all start the first stage with a different intro), but I like TGO the best. Yeah, I liked her for a while but Sachi's grown on me too much. I "mained" her in the demo. The action is just so fluid, and grab is the strongest move in the game. I just learned you can grab harpies, which is hard to do but when you toss them afterwards you can get a real easy follow-up moonsault and the moonsault plus the toss do big damage.

I do like how TGO will moonwalk if you change directions while skating. Pretty funny, plus it lets you shoot stuff while moving backwards, I think.

There's your problem. She has the best melee in the game simply because it's seamless with her movement. Jump in, melee a bunch, jump out, tag them with some bullets or a grenade, bait out a grab, go in for more melee. She's less complex in inputs but relies heavily on mobility and spacing to deal optimal damage, just like Metal Slug.
