I had a dream where one of my friends showed me photos of some plus-size model, I said something like "Wow, she's large", and she was standing behind us. She had magic powers so she turned me fat, I was growing fatter, the buttons of my shirt popped off, showing my belly and manboobs, my pants ripped. In the end I was even fatter then her, then she said "Who's the large one now?". I asked her to turn me back but she said she can only turn people fat and can't reverse it, then she called me fatty, poked my belly and laughed at me. Back when I was in like... the third grade, or something, I read a children's book (which I am willing to bet never was nor shall be translated into English) about some girl who accidentally wakes up a witch from inside a cursed CD (it was that kind of book).

The witch wants to eat her but feels she's too scrawny, so she, in a scene which I must say in retrospect is HORRIFICALLY vividly detailed, IN THE FIRST PERSON no less force feeds her a potion (like, shuts her nose and forces her mouth open, fingers and everything) which, over the course of a few days, causes her to become ravenously, endlessly hungry. The whole book is written like the girl's diary and she describes how she is slowly losing control of her appetite and growing fatter and fatter each day. It's just slow enough not to appear supernatural but she writes in great detail about how her clothes no longer fit, her body becomes more sluggish and cumbersome, she sweats in gym class, etc. until a couple months later she's borderline obese and the witch comes to eat her.

It's only now, decades later, that I realize that book might've given prepubescent, confused little me my first fetish.

Assuming that anon is Israeli, then I'm pretty certain I know which book he's talking about. I think he's finding fetishistic depths in it that I'm not sure were meant to be found, but the story does sound familiar. I can't for the life of me remember what it was called and Google doesn't help, but I remember the cover. Hell, I even remember one of the lines, since it rhymed. בלי המטאטא ובלי המצנפת, יאבד כוחי כמכשפת. "Without my broom and pointy hat, my powers as a witch are lost". In the beginning the witch is trapped inside that CD or disc or whatever and she asks the heroine to find her missing items to set her free.

It was a weird ass fucking book. Now that you mention it, I think it might've all been some kind of weird metaphor for anorexia.

I remember loaning it from the library at one point, but the closest Google gives me in Hebrew when I search witches and discs is Ofta Avni's "Witch in Love" (מכשפה מאוהבת), which based on the description couldn't possibly be it. If you search for "witch" and "fat" in booknet.co.il you get Shahar Debach's "Three Fat Witches" but that's an actual children's book. It's called המכשפה ודיסקט האימים של תמר (ambiguously, could be translated into either "The Witch and Tamar's Horrible Floppy Disc" or "Tamar's Horrible Floppy Disc and Witch"), by Aviva Hagai. I think the ambivalence in the name isn't coincidental since she describes it as being "about the thin border between imagination and harsh reality". I think it really might've been about anorexia. I completely missed it as a kid. Anon was right, though, the relationship between Tamar and the witch had some seriously disturbing undertones. It wasn't just about shoving a potion up her mouth, it was with how she manipulated her emotions and kept threatening her to silence.
