The only thing I'm finding a bit questionable is that the structure of the penis extends quite a way inside a man's body, and supports it during an erection. I reimagined how Futa plumbing would work with a attention to how nature does things. One of the rules of nature is to not be wasteful. While it makes for nice pictures, Futa ejaculating while being fucked is pretty wasteful. Another rule is to use space as efficiently as possible. However, a futa should definitely have more cum volume.
