I also have a furaffinity I update kinda, a deviant art I don't use anymore aside from watches, a tumblr I rarely upload on, and HF I've stopped using.

As far as context goes Zaida and Phage are both slimes( well artificially made slimes called Corriplim created from humans as far as lore goes). That is Zaida peaking out of Spectra's mouth as she forces Spectra to swallow her down. I won't get into the backstory too heavily but as far as this pic goes it's after Zaida had captured and partially absorbed Phage. Phage has parasitic tendencies and usually goes inside of hosts,allowing their body to "digest" her, helping to push her through the body's systems. take them over and then absorb them from within. After Zaida had captured her she decided to play with her "sister's" abilities on Spectra here who had previously been clubbing out with her own sisters and decided to take a breather outside.

You can see Zaida and Phage in the pic here although only Zaida has been drawn by the same artist thus far. I need to update the characters and their details as they've changed quite a bit.

This scene is also based on a small animation I had previously been playing with which began with the Zone-tan and Melona sequence you guys have seen on here, but then I changed Zone to Spectra and Melona to Zaida. And this is from an unfinished series at the moment I'm commissioning from another artist (I've lined and colored it, but haven't shaded yet), but acts a prequel to Zaida finding Spectra. That's Phage going down Zaida's throat to try to absorb her, but things don't exactly work out the way she plans. Figured it works with this thread too though I can't upload all that's been done yet.

I have had this idea for a while, but I didn't know someone had actually drawn artwork of it. I really like the idea of someone's soul being taken over and corrupted, not just their body and this person did it in like the exact way envisioned if not better. I am constantly considering reviving it, but my OCs would lose quite the bit of attention from the ordeal and I don't want to keep falling back on fanart again. Also money. The series was going to be quite long. Probably 50 pages at the minimum pending characters involved, transition scenes, and how long the fun scenes would last. Sakura's I think was the longest and her scene wasn't even done in that set, but Hinata's was pretty long too and TenTen had a much longer struggle scene from the previous incarnation. I think other characters would of have shorter scenes then Hinata's and Sakura's tho.

It has a lot of different stuff going. I know that at one point the evil guy banishes the girl's soul inside the body of a comatose patient in hospital so he can enjoy her body without her interfering. I just checked and this happens in ch47. Some time later (I haven't found the chapter yet) the patient dies, her soul is freed and she tries to get back her body. During this encounter he absorbs her and now in his astral form he looks exactly like her.

There will probably not be one in time before the thread dies. I will be working on a comic involving Inque, the Dee Dees in their appearance from Return of the Joker, and Melanie featuring absorption, possession, and merging, and at earliest it can be place in between that comic and an Ino one with more or less the same themes.It's something me and artist had an interest in and others seemed interested as well so the fan work went forward. It was supposed to be short, but now it might be a decent sized comic. I want to add a prequel pic to it as well before moving forward on it, but I think I'm going to start making the Spectra sequence into more of a comic format pending if I like the look. I'm getting help in these commissions from an awesome donator(more of a pseudo patron at this point lol), and a second donator who will be helping with the Inque comic. The work won't begin on the Inque comic for a week most likely so pending on the work speed of the artist and money I might have two more pics added to it at the end of January or sooner, but that's more or less guessing so don't hold me to it.
