Manzi was the only one that regularly put out anything worthwhile with MMD and from what I could infer from the few English words in his posts it sounded like he was having computer trouble. My problem with most of the MMD that you and that other guy make is that you don't leverage the biggest advantage of the software for Size stuff.

Drawing really cool perspective shots is both incredibly difficult but also some of the most top-tier stuff for this fetish, and MMD is great because it makes those shots almost trivially easy. But every time I see the stuff posted by the MMD anons in these threads, the 'camera' is always both very far away and at eye level with the subject, making the whole thing a lot more boring.

Compare that to what a lot of the Japanese MMD folks and there's a pretty obvious massive improvement.

Just compare it to this, it's infinitely better because the subject covers basically the entire image and the camera is angled like 50 degrees upward.

Having never played Princess Calamity nor indeed ever having opened RPG Maker until 4 days ago, all I can say with confidence is that I own a mouse.

After googling it looks like implementing point and click movement is handled by additional scripts made by the community, so yes it is possible, but that sounds like something that would fall to the guy making the game that knows how to use the tool, not the scrublord dilly-dallying with variable-controlled loops trying to make it look like a pixel lady is eating people.
