I fap from imagination a lot, and pretty much constantly run into this. I can't imagine how writers get through it for this material.
While there are so many settings and themes and characters and stories to tell, when you boil it down to just the sexy situations, there's a pretty limited range of things you can do, especially when targeting just this fetish.
While you can make so many worlds and scenes, there's only so many ways you can put on his dress or have someone fuck him.
Massive props for getting as far as you did, it's definitely hard to come up with something new.

Tying it in with more Animal Crossing specific stuff would be nice and really help make it unique/true to source. You did a lot with it in the first half (like the dream suite), drawing a bit of a blank on what else you could use though. Maybe the Happy Home Showcase? Not exactly how it works, but Ann/Pink/Isabelle could be in the house and get a ton of visitors from other towns there to introduce to Ann.
Not really sure what in the game would lend itself to the story. Only other thing that comes to mind is that my gf built a bdsm dungeon in her AC basement.
