One of my fetishes is multi breast, which would probably show up like you say - cleavage and not full display. Though there are a lot of interesting ways to show cleavage when you have two rows of breasts.

Dunno to be honest, I've trying to figure that shit out for decades myself. So unfortunately, I can't give you a straight answer. I do have a few theories...
