I must respectfully disagree. Vore in my mind has always been a general catch all term that involves someone or something consuming another person or thing. Vaginal vore/unbirth specifically denotes the method of consumption. Unbirth rolls off the tongue easier than vaginal vore.

Whether the womb is treated as a second stomach or the prey is age regressed is all dependent on the artist/writer. As mentioned in one of the previous threads the vore community as a whole needs to come to an agreement on this.

Also if we want to get super technical then the picture you posted would also count as insertion as well.

Personally I've always gone with

Unbirth(ing) = Going into the womb may or may not include regression.
Vaginal vore = vagina as orifice of entry person going in will be digested/absorbed.
Insertion = Person goes into vagina but does not pass the cervix.
Vore = generic catch all term all of the above are specific types.

To me its not really that spooky. Its the minor detail that an umbilical cord needs to be attached to the prey either before or during the unbirth. Don't really see what the point of it is since most of the time the prey ends up being regressed to cells in a lot of groblek's stories. It doesn't really make it any more realistic or believable, just feels like an extra step or detail that doesn't really add anything.
