It's actually really small.

Pixiv may have almost 200 pages worth of results now (with 16 results per page), but half of that is complete trash doodles or nonsexual spinoffs and parodies where you see a character as a chibi-baby or similar. And it does include western art, and well, most of those that use Pixiv are the absolute bottom tier deviantart "artists".

I've got a pretty much dupe-free art-collection of not-that-bad to good diaper art that's ~8.3GB (this includes not gay furry), so I don't disagree with the idea that we have already have a good handful of art out there, but to call it anything but scarce and rare is just wrong.

Your mileage may vary, but my own remedy I use is Waxelene (note, NOT Vaseline) and Palmer's Skin Therapy Oil. Using a vinyl glove, apply the Waxelene to the affected area first and then top it off by applying the Skin Therapy Oil on top of it. I've found the Space, Rearz Inspire+ and most recently Fabine Teddy to be a little underwhelming when it comes to advertised capacity.
