Also i think the closest thing to your idea comes to Skin Stalker in which the Main character has the ability to create a hollow personality of the original person that the suit is from. Not what you were probably looking for but i believe it's the closet that anyone has done to something like your idea.

I've toyed with this idea before, and you see a hint of it in one of my earlier stories "Vengeance is Skin Deep 2," as well as in future installments of "Please Teach Me!" but none really focus on a full harem idea. It's a difficult balance, I suppose.
If you show too much suiting, it could quickly lose its appeal and people may grow jaded to it or just view it as silly fanservice. Too little suiting and one of the central appeals of the comic could be forgotten.

Personally I would suggest something like this:
-have female Kevin featured on every new chapter cover, either in the process of suiting/unsuiting or with the zipper visible. This way new readers might be able to almost immediately grasp the premise as soon as they reach a new chapter. Covers are often non-cannon so Mega could feature female Kevin even when it doesn't make much sense.
-incorporate more gender bender cliches about Kevin having to cope with being a girl ('Switch' (1991) and 'Dating The Enemy' come to my mind as epitomes).

Though it might already be a bit too late for the comic to use some of those cliches since Kevin's already had the suit for quite a while. Besides, Mega has much of the story already planned ahead, I believe.

I suppose it's not a balancing issue since other artists do it just fine. Your ideas are good, but the problem is they should be incorporated to any skinsuit comic, and Mega has just left out the actual suiting-up and gender bender parts completely.
The usual gist is "show, don't tell" but Mega doesn't seem to be doing either when it comes to skinsuits. The main plot of his comic seems to revolve around Kevin fooling around (either with or without his suit), and not the actual act of skinsuiting and the connotations stemming from that particular "hobby". You can't see Kevin suiting up in the comic, nor does he acknowledge it when he actually IS suited.
The comic wouldn't lose much comical value if Kevin and his female persona were completely different characters, so why have a suiting theme at all? And it's always the same guy suiting the same girl, which gets bland REALLY quickly.
Maybe Mega's works are just badly written compared to other ones. Dunno.

For those quick one off strips and other shorts that are just a few pages long, having the suit up scene would wind up being longer than the actual gag/short plot. The suiting up parts I've drawn are done the way they are because that's what I'm particularly into. I like it when the act of getting in suit is longer than just 3 panels or so. Having suiting scenes that take less than a page feels like cumming after masturbating for only 8 seconds to me. As for everything else, it's just what I want in a bodysuit story. Fun shenanigans while pretending to be the opposite sex using a bodysuit that almost completely changes who you are. So take that for whatever it's worth. Hopefully the art is more passable compared to what it used to be at least.

Newest chapter and the next one are gonna progress the story compared to how it's been the past couple months, so for anyone who's been tired of that, it's almost over. Just two more pages to help set up the scene..

Personally, I don't really mind the relatively low amount of explicit suiting. It makes the few sequences we get all the more golden. Also, I think that, in-universe, it makes sense for Kevin to get used to putting the suit on, moving away from the perviness of it, and to concentrate on living life as Doris.

With that said, there's still a couple of suit-related things I'd like to see being explored in either the comic or the visual novel:
- Why was Kevin's suit discarded in the prologue and by whom? Is there a fault Kevin hasn't found yet, or was it just that the intended wearer didn't like it?
- Is the suit made in the image of an existing woman? If so, who is she and could Kevin ever cross path with her?
- Are there other suits worn by other people? If so, for what reason? It'd be neat if they had a legitimate non-pervy utility, like as prosthetic skins for burn victims.

Also, why can't the zipper be hidden? The suit gives Kevin a different eye color and voice, its face blushes, it seems to temporarily replace his whole skin with a new skin that bleeds when cut and feels sensations (he seems to feel the sensations of having female genitals rather than male) -- but "Doris" still has a zipper on "her" back that has to be hidden with clothes or the suit's long golden hair. Is the suit defective, is Kevin just too obtuse to figure out how to conceal the zipper, or is Megazone just adamant about making the zipper unconcealable?

Pic related. Seems to me the general consensus for "best all-around" is the 3-page manga by Miyuki that used to be posted at the top of most of the threads. I've seen it referred to as Miyuki's masterpiece. It's very simple, very vanilla, but extremely effective, is MTF which is what most folks here are into, and as an added (possibly unintentional) neat thing, the pages can be read in different orders and still make sense. I personally don't think it's the best overall, but I think you'd be hard pressed to find something else that as many people love.

Personally, my absolute favourites are Bodysuit23 for narrative and humour, KawaColle 1.0 for pure wank material, and Perchance to Dream for the ridiculously good deconstruction.
