I'm a fan of corruption, but reading a couple comics has made me curious of the reverse. Basically finding someone corrupted/broken and fixing/reversing the process. And yes, I could read the comic backwards but thats not the same XD.

I don't have any examples handy, but the thing you are looking for does exist. It turns up here from time to time.
I don't really follow the corruption threads that closely, so I couldn't tell you whether they post much of it there, but there's usually a corruption thread in the catalog somewhere and they might be able to tell you where to look.
