It's considered an Utsuge for a reason. Spoiler alert, there are basically no happy endings for anyone. Very artistic game, makes you think in ways you may not have wanted to think. It's a pretty heavy ride.

I hear the sequel's even better, though I can't personally speak to it.

For those interested: it's a murder mystery/CSI thing. Use a walkthrough since getting through it on your own would be a complete headache. It's considered to be a Visual Novel and most VNs are just novellas with pictures and sounds. Quality varies greatly between each one. This particular one was ok overall, nothing special.

Other VNs that /d/ might be interested in:
Saya no Uta: greatest love story ever told
Monster Girl Quest: has the story/gameplay depth of a mobile game, but there's enough porn in there to satisfy most fetishes
Euphoria: story is average, porn is good. Lots of torture/bandage/domination/scat (which can be turned off)

If you're interested in sester fucking and mostly vanilla scenes, you'll enjoy it. I think there's one or two futa scenes, but that's as far as /d/ content goes.
One thing I did enjoy was that girls were very varied(though cliched) and kept their theme through the game. Smug loli never stopped being smug and dominating, tsundere sister was tsundere all the way through and sadist sister never stops being sadist. It's fun.

If you're into mind-control, I suggest checking out Nobleman's Retort. It's pretty nice, though short. Story is basically that protag gets adopted by his relatives, and his new step-mother hates his guts and wants to get him killed. Protag hears about it, and while he's despairing a demon appears and gives him power to mind control people.
There's few different characters, each who get different takes on mind control. Mainly focuses on your nasty step-mother and -sister(pic related).

But Salvation from the same circle is way better, though not quite as /d/. It mostly deals in moral degration, with player controlling three girls with unrealized kinks on different fetishes.
Princess has thing for humiliation and public play, beast girl gets off on smell, and choco-elf's thing is anal and shota. Pretty awesome, with some light RPG elements.

Both of these have been translated.
