I think there is a bit more to it than that. It's not really true that a slave doesn't have choices. A master won't typically micromanage every one of her actions, after all.

A slave-POV game wouldn't be about choosing how to obey orders, but rather include different options for executing those orders, and more importantly, different routes in terms of relationships and dialogue. It's a given that your role is to obey your master... but the question is, how do you live your life outside your work?

For example, who do you chose to pursue a relationship with? Your master may be entitled to sexually use you, but his ownership of your body doesn't mean he has any ability to command your heart. Perhaps you choose to pursue a romantic relationship with your friend. The way you choose to do that affects how your master feels about it. If you ask for his permission, you may get a yes but be restricted in terms of what you can do, while going behind his back leaves you with more options but more risk if you get caught.

if you mean this to be from the perspective of the slave only (who you are playing as,) yeah, they would lose their will to resist directly, leaving the player with limited choices and an inability convince their owner to compromise. World-building time.

Part 1.

World-wide female slavery.. Women are free up to their 18th birthday. At that point they are registered to the slave database. Women between 18 and 20 remain conditionally free. They remain free in public, but are considered slaves in private. If they start a relationship, their partner becomes their conditional owner. They are limited from selling them, or from forbidding them from exiting the house, however they are for all other intents and purposes their owner when they are in the house. A relationship is considered to have been initiated after some necessary formalities have been completed (a simple visit to the registration facilities suffices). A relationship can be terminated unilaterally by the girl, but not before a semester from her registration has passed.

During this time, a woman may choose to leave house at her discretion, however if she doesn't return within 24 hours from the time she left, or doesn't spend a sum total of 70 hours each week at home (unless by leave of her partner), she is considered to have abandoned her home. This is transferred to her then registered partner, and her bank account to her parents. If she returns to her parents, she is enslaved provisionally until she reaches her 22nd birthday. Her parents can register her to new relationships at will, or send her to a facility specialising at training young women, specifying the skills that she is to develop and modifications to be made. If she remains with them until her 22nd birthday, they can sell her to someone specific, auction her or let the state take her in.

Part 2

If she goes to some male friend, he must register her as a partner in which case he becomes her provisional owner for the rest of the semester. Since she no longer has a house or bank account, she can now only exit her house by leave of her partner, or to terminate this relationship. If she goes to a female friend, she can remain as her slave until she is married or enslaved herself. If she isn't registered immediately, her friend is appropriated by the state. If her friends are married, she can remain as a house pet (lower class slaves who may be kept in special suits permanently and can be used by one's slave freely) with the agreement of the owner. Otherwise she must be sent away again.

If she remains in the streets for more than a week, she is registered in absentia as a "stray". Strays are public servants. Anyone has a right to bring them to a registration facility which would inscribe their status on them at visible spaces. They can be used by any civilian, or adopted as a house pet by any of them, including by free women. Within that week she may try to start a new relationship.

If she has reached the end of her mandatory semester, she may choose to end the relationship, or marry her partner if he agrees. In the latter case he becomes her full owner. He may sell her or auction her and she can only exit his house by his leave. He may also release her. If she is released or terminates the relationship she remains free (with her assets) and she may start a new relationship.

These women may also start a relationship with another woman (in which case they are registered as her subordinate and if she is enslaved they become a house pet) or voluntarilly become house pets. In both cases the relationships may be terminated at the end of every month. She might make the latter permanent). If they return to their parents, their assets are transferred to them and they become her provisional owners according to the aforementioned.

Part 3

Girls between 18 - 20 years old, who have not had a job for more than a month and have not entered a relationship are obligated to work for the state according to their qualification, and depending on their skills and attractiveness, as escorts (since they have no private owner the state assumes their conditional ownership).

Women with a job but no partner are automatically registered to the morale improvement program. Any man may take part in a lottery, and the dailly winner can spend a night with them. It actually depends on the area. Serfdom wasn't uniform across europe. There were areas where the serfs could choose whether to live within a lord's fiefdom and work his lands keeping part of the produce for themselves.
