I loved this setup. It's nice that RPS is a Touhou fan. He's one of the few Western tickle artists who has touched the series outside of commissions, and even those are rare I think.

If that is a Touhou character, their identity eludes me.

Yeah, I checked it out because I saw a picture by an artist I liked and it wasn't on their Pixiv or anywhere else, turned out they posted it to Twitter. Their retweets led to more interesting pictures and some new artists to follow.
