That's a trend in see in most common issues actually, fetish or otherwise. I never really considered it a reason to hate a comic because ithe just tends to happen, especially with artists like Opik who is used to drawing single images, or at the very most short sequences. If you look at his other series works on DA, you can see hints of it in the longer ones, like that madoka one with the fruit or that genie series.
