Moderation. To what degree depends on your metabolism.
There are Asians out there that can eat huge meals daily and hardly gain anything.

I stuff 3, maybe 4 days a week tops. The meals are usually high protein/lowish carb. On those days I only eat that meal and I don't gain too much weight. You can also do cardio to burn some off but usually I just elect to not eat much on the day following a binge as it also gives my system time to completely work through all the food.

Hi, I'm back! Sorry I didn't reply to any of you last week. A little while after I ate everything my sister came home and saw that I ate everything in the house.
