You seem to have a problem with mixing tenses. I'd recommend you pick present or paste tense and sticking to it. (I favor past tense always).

I would recommend breaking up your paragraphs a bit more, too. Trying to read your pastebin, I felt my eyes starting to glaze over a bit, but that might just be because the text is kind of small there.
Continuing from that, I'd recommend breaking up the text in motivation-reaction units (as explained if you google for scenes and sequels).

It's definately not terrible, though. Actually pretty readable, which came as a surprise because I'm used to seeing smutwriting that makes my eyes bleed.

It's making me consider trying to think of a request for you, too, though I'd guess that you'll be burnt out by then. :p

Gamewise, I'm particularly torn over whether to continue the game I showed you, or try to help make something more on the side with the RPG maker MV.

I read that bit a few threads ago about ideas of Mons for a farting Mon game, and I feel like I might be able to get that to work. Leshawk is also ready to help with that too but what i need is an idea of a plot and a scope/stopping point for a first chapter.

On the other hand, I'm thinking about whether to ask writers who aren't even affiliated with leshawk and his RP-verse if they want some character cameos once the game moves out of the house-area. There was a character called "Stink princess" created by the people of this thread, right? Maybe her main owner would like to meet her as an NPC?

Anyhow, the farting mon game has potential, however, it also requires a bit more work on your end, since you're not just touring an estate, but creating a world. It'd be easiest to just rip off gen1 pokemon since the mechanics are the easiest without fluff. You may find that creating your current game, even if it's cut down to a 'visit the gals and say hi' product will at least get you some experience. It's your move, of course.

As for other characters? I'd throw my OC Ms Dempsey in a general direction. As for Stink Princess...I'll let someone else work with her.

Okay, this is it.

I added quite a bit of text.

the repeating of words (Elesis this, Elesis that) is intentional, I was writing quickly and didn't bother with that.

Now it isn't a rough idea anymore but a solid one I guess. You can still add or remove some things as you see fit. It's your story after all, what I wrote is just a guideline.

That airship part probably won't make a lot of sense but that's fetish fuel for me, actually.
