Uhm oddly enough stretching/dilating the anus is a treatment for anal fissures. I don't exactly understand how it works, but the surgical version has a higher chance of incontinence. It's a little sad that the size difference between the different sizes is so huge.

Pretty sure I win the "Biggest butthole" award of the thread.

I don't know, what kind of diet do you have?
I have a pretty bad digestive system so I'm not sure anything simple can save me. I eat mostly veggies, cereals and nuts. Dairy products give me nasty diarrhea/constipation and eczema and I try to take only a small intake of meat.

I think maybe trading regular grains for whole grains and taking less veggie proteins (like beans) could help, but since I don't live alone I'd have to convince my family to switch our diet or to make separate meals.
