I love being made powerless and stuff like this but this is the kind of stuff that also causes me to freak out because I know that boredom doesn't last. what actually happens when you are forced to confront that much nothing-ness in a barren environment or even just a static one, is you slowly but surely slip into sensory deprivation madness. it has very detrimental long term effects, but the short term is even more crazy (IE while you are still deprived) because you stop seeing what's real and whats not, you hallucinate and your mind grasps to fill it with anything. you can show this kind of behavior in as little as 2 days depending on your psyche. eventually you will be so disorientated you wont be able to tell reality from fantasy. This can be a great tool to mold you If you've been super rebellious against an owner in the past, but it doesn't really gaurentee safeness either, not just to the slave but to the owner. Being in an addled state of mind will make you very unpredictable, even if it's likely to get you to a pliable state. Either way there wont be much "boredom" after a while, as you wont be able to tell the difference between a man coming to use you and hallucinations that now plague or perhaps enhance, your miserable existance.

I don't know if that makes it more hot but with the long term effects I hope to try it very little. Maybe 4 days to start. 2 is already enough for scientists to pull the plug on research. 4 might get me to a point where I actually am malleable.

Hmm. Ties in nicely to an idea I had. Two slaves, locked up back to back in the same cell. They can feel each other, talk to each other, and maybe even with a means of pleasuring the other, but they can't ever see their partner. Keep this up for a week, and then release them into a special cage so they can see each other, but not talk or feel another. However, in setup two, they can interact with a third slave.

It sounds like you'd want what amounts to a space suit to provide temperature regulation, protection, and some structure so the concrete doesn't crush your subject as it hardens and then combine it with a 'hands-off' life support system (intubation, a feeding tube, and rectal/urinal catheters) then hook the entire thing up to an external power supply.

This is pretty close to what I like - being bound and gagged in a way that is sustainable for the long-term, and therefore leaves me with no hope. A straitjacket can be secure but is also safe for the prisoner, meaning the prisoner can be kept restrained almost indefinitely, and it only needs to be taken off for cleaning.

I imagine that as a prisoner, I'd be gagged and straitjacketed and just thrown in a padded cell. Afterwards, almost no hope exists. I'm kept gagged so I can't even cry for help (a tube in the gag lets them feed and water me without giving me a chance to speak); even if I did, no one would believe me.

Aside from that, it would just be endless restraint in a featureless room. There would be nothing but white, padded walls around me, and I wouldn't even have my arms to myself. Just hours, minutes, days, weeks, months, in the cell, and I am gagged and totally unable to communicate. The reality is that there is nothing I can do that will influence my fate, and no reason for anyone to want to let me free. Even death is impossible - I'm let in a purgatory of an existence that I am now an unwilling observer to.

(as a bonus, I like the idea of the straitjacket leaving my legs bare - my bare skin would feel chilly but there would be no way to gain comfort. My bound arms can't rub them and no blanket exists in the cell to cover them).

But soon, I realize that loneliness is not to be my punishment. I am not left totally unattended, though that attention isn't exactly welcome.
