There's the image of someone who clearly has significant power over others and yet chooses to exercise it in such a childish, fairly petty way, including the desire to hurt and humiliate someone without really wanting to cause serious physical harm, which evokes just the right mix of sadistic and cute/caring for my tastes. I also think it's less awkward and, sometimes, more fun to get more than two people involved (squeaky cleans, taking turns, competition etc.). I'm also generally a fan of wedgies where the giver is clearly doing it for some kind of satisfaction that isn't sexual (well, I'm fine with the satisfaction being sexual, I just prefer it when the image/caption/story avoids juices flowing); it's casual intimacy/cruelty, but I freely accept that I may well be in the minority on that one and I think there's been plenty of balance in the captions in these threads.

Tl;DR: power dynamics; humiliation; mix of caring and cruel; group fun; casual intimacy/cruelty.

Um, If you're sure that's alright, then that'd be really cool, especially if there was a nice bit of variation in how they treat the reader after they find out, but I don't want you to prioritize making two for the same concept if there are any others you were interested in doing.

It was just an idea and I'm still not the guy who originally suggested the core idea, so I feel his suggestions should still get priority, but you're the writer, so it's really up to you. I'm sure it'll turn out great no matter what you decide to do with it.
