I like the idea! It's a mix of your last. Since you haven't seen the show, just to keep the character traits consistent:
- Mugi is not super hyper or anything, she's subtle but generous and kind. And rich. Maybe that can be the black mail, one of the girls wants money or something. But your idea is just as good
- Mio is shy and gets scared easily
- Yui is hyper but sort of dumb
- Azusa is the youngest, and a hard worker. Not really energetic
- Ritsu is a tom boy and energetic

I had an idea floating around in my head for awhile involving Bayo. It's a little more scat based but you could definitely include plenty of farts.

Wanting to watch her figure, Bayo decides to switch over to sugar-free lollipops. For those who don't know, a common sweetener used in most sugar-free candy is sorbitol. Sorbitol however also has a second use, a laxative. Therefore, eat enough sugar-free candy and you've basically taken a hefty does of hospital grade lax.

Being a woman with a sweet tooth, Bayo quickly goes through her new stash of lollipops. It doesn't take long for Bayo to feel a lot of rumbling in her stomach followed by some very ripe and wet farts. Also her trips to the loo become a lot more frequent and less solid. However, she doesn't even consider it could be her new healthier candy causing it.

After a couple weeks she has constant stomach cramps and is farting 24/7 while also needing to hit up every toilet she passes because she regularly has the runs. She could even have a few desperate close calls trying to find a toilet or even has to resort to squatting in an alley or behind a bush.

Better yet, because mortals can't see her they can just hear frantic footsteps running into public restrooms followed by a lot of wet, dumping sounds and a pungent stink.

I haven't thought of where to go from there, maybe it gets really bad while she's in the middle of a fight. I just like the idea of Bayo unknowingly spiking herself with strong laxatives.

I particularly love the idea of her trying to use regular sized toilets since she's over 2m tall and has such a huge backside that it'd be like trying to use a toy potty for her.

Fetish "Themes" I'd like in the story: Embarrassment, big butts (if that's not a given), and uncontrollable farting

I was thinking maybe Orihime and Tatsuki could be chilling in Orihime's apartment after a meal that she cooked. Orihime's tummy gets a little upset from her strange food taste (whether Tatsuki does is up to you), and she rips a small fart and is teased/embarrassed about it, yada yada.

Unfortunately for her, the farts keep happening, and they get longer, smellier, and more frequent. Eventually Tatsuki starts getting bothered and they try to suppress Orihime's gas to no avail. It gets to the point that Orihime is ripping farts that shake the couch they're sitting on/blows up her skirt etc.

The farts should be big but not, like...hyperfarts. Or, in other words, too unrealistic.

I hope that's not too confining! Feel free to take liberties with it.

OG Requester here. Here's an idea - Mugi is the richest. So maybe Ritsu (the tomboy and probably the meanest of the bunch) needs money for something stupid (or her instrument, drums) so she blackmails Mugi out of it. Almost jokingly, but she gets progressively meaner 'til it gets serious. Like, she stole Mugi's credit card and threatens to use it unless Mugi does this stuff. But at the end, Mugi does all the stuff but Ritsu threatens to release the tape, and at that point, Mugi just let's her use the credit card to prevent the tape from getting out.
