Perhaps not the main part of the game, but a figurine/pose collection where you can change the size of the models might be cool. I heard someone say that VR makes small models really feel like they're real, so that might be cool.

For actual gameplay, I don't really know. Will it use the Vive? If so, a brothel-managing sim (although they've been done to death) where you have a map on the floor/at your waist and move your whores around with the controllers might be cool. Depending on where you put the character it could trigger a suitable animation, which you could either zoom in on digitally or just move closer. Also, inspecting the whores before hiring/buying might be cool.

Really, other than immersion, I think scale might be the biggest asset VR offers. Playing around with that might be fun. But keep in mind i've never used a VR headset so I might be talking out of my ass.

How about a game where you can mix different ingredients to make potions or something that you can then give to the girl that has different effects.

Like mix some stuff together and you can make her grow. Mix something else together and it makes her shrink. You can even have some mixtures that transforms the girl in different way. You can also take the mix and put it in a spray bottle or something to then spray certain body parts to change them.

There could be different maps like a city block and apartment or a house in the middle of a field. You can make the girl grow inside the house and try to run outside or find a safe place before you are crushed.

Shit, just take Artificial Academy 2, make the environments 3D for roomscale, normal school gameplay is in first person as the character you chose, sex scenes are can switch between first person seated or third person roomscale so you can move around the characters fucking as you pick their poses and shit.

It's unrealistic to expect good games for GearVR or Cardboard for like a dozen reasons. Trinus gets you about as close as you're gonna get. Unity compatibility with Cardboard looks really good, but it doesn't seem like anyone's interested in going down that route.

Personally, I'd be more than happy with just good 180 or 360 degree hentai video, even if it's video of games.

That seems more like a variety of scenes, appealing only to people who like, or at least don't mind rape (since it doesn't seem like there's any way around that specifically). Adding the option to train girls who might be curious or eager or arrogant would be an easy way to appeal to a wider audience without compromising the more hardcore parts.

I will say that I really like the idea of semi-real time, though. You could even have the training be affected by how often you play. Girls could react differently if you did multiple sessions in a row, or didn't play for a long time.
