Rereading it, I don't think the dialogue itself (word choice, structure, pacing etc.) is my problem so much as the formatting.

The combination of bold, all-caps, and exclamation marks make some lines sound (at least in my head) like she's a bad soap opera actress, so perhaps emphasizing words more subtly (eg. just bold, or just punctuation) would leave more of her tone to the reader's personal interpretation (which is usually a good thing; they can imagine her being gentle or harsh or whatever fits their taste).

I mean, you can pretend all you want, but every single fetish-specific caption is largely repetitive. You've got feet with mentions of how awful the smell is and going on about how the reader hates/loves it, you've got the gentledom captions with an overabundance of 'good boy', the momdom captions with an overabundance of the word 'mommy', and...

The point is it's not exactly the most creative of threads here. The longer captions are a bit more so, but always follow the same structure if they're centered on a specific fetish.
As does art. And actual stories. Because people get off to specific things, so they want to see them.
