Sure.
How it works is essentially a chain reaction effect. Once you find at least one image that you deem 'good,' the next step is to look at the relative searches sector on the right of the image page. There should be 3 sections: More from (X_Artist), Featured in Collections, and More from DeviantArt. The system uses common hashtags in all 3 sections to show you images of a similar calibur. If you have your own DeviantArt account, you can handpick your favorites into your own folder, and if the folder is not private, you would more-or-less be helping out the process by doing the same thing.

Of course what's good and what's bad is a really subjective topic, as everyones' standards are different. Either way, here's an example for you:

Go through this list (all the pages) and find at least one image that catches your eye out of this user's list of favorites. Save that image if you want, and pay attention to the tabs on the right, and repeat the process. This method is far better, because basically using the site's general search engine is near the equivalent for looking for tickling images in /b/.

You're likely to find things you don't like in all lists, including the one provided, but the best part is, if you do find one artist that you deem exceptional, and they are available for commissions, you can set up your dream image. And from my experiences, a lot of the artists are pretty cool and friendly. Some of them were as slow as molasses, but none of the end results felt like rip-offs in the end. That is not to say scam artists do not exist in dA because they certainly do.. I just have yet to have that misfortune because users with extensive galleries and good ratings are not likely to be faggot thiefs.

I really hate when a specific image I'm looking for is missing. There was a picture of a blonde girl in a ponytails and pink shorts (and a jean jacket I think?) trapped by vines while being tickled. Funnily enough I think I came across that image last night while looking at the few collections I have from Japanese artists I knew were around in the time period you're describing. However I dismissed it because it didn't really match up with your description.

The website was TickleLeague and that is how I've usually seen the artist referred to. I have a handful of their stuff if there is anything else in specific you're looking for.

Just mentioning the above should bring out at least one person who has their stuff, they were somewhat popular at the time if I recall correctly among those who were into anime.

I probably should have noted that the artist of the picture featuring the blonde haired girl was TickleLeague. I'm not really sure if they did those other two pictures and if they did they look like their early work which I don't think I have any of.

At any rate, I'll post what I have of their stuff that is easily accessible and will have to look later on through my unorganized material to see if anything else exists.

Honestly I think the only reason I have their stuff is because they were part of a collection I downloaded containing the works of many tickle artists. While I like some of their stuff, they're not really an artist I would say I'm in love with and for whom I made an attempt to form a collection.

This is really similar to a lot of the decent or good stuff that was out there over a decade ago and which for the most part seems to simply no longer exist outside of collections.

Suppose I was talking more in a general sense, you don't really see artists (Western ones at any rate) touching DQ characters a lot.

It has also been years since I've looked over that particular artist's works and they weren't exactly one I would say I was in love with, so I probably forgot a good bit of what they did. Glancing over the collection I have saved though, I do notice quite a bit of DQ art, which is nice for someone who played DQ4 not too long ago and found the female characters interesting to enough to want to see them get the tickle treatment. Not sure I have either of the pictures you've posted, so thanks.

Honestly? On the surface I'd say it's simply the fact that because she is a dancer in the harem girl fashion, she dresses rather skimpily. In the English version her personality was kind of charming, though admittedly off the top of my head I can't remember much about her other than her being feminine, wanting to make money so she could spend it, and possibly being interested in finding a husband (Particularly a wealthy one.)

All three female characters (Four if you decide the MC is a girl) have relatively appealing designs and the aforementioned three have appealing personalities as I said before. Doesn't hurt that the world of DQ4 is one where it's not entirely hard to imagine ticklish situations coming about, especially if you're a fan of a monster or monsters doing the deed. As far as I'm aware though, which isn't a lot, no tickle scene exists in the games themselves.

I'm the type of guy that likes variations.. different positions, different scenarios, different areas attacked. Most stock pictures strike me as repetitive because of that. I have recently started showing more appreciation for foot tickling. My current two commissions are exclusively foot. I still But my overall favorite area is probably midriff.

For the West it's the overuse of stocks and perhaps certain tools and for Japan it's mechanical hands, tentacles, disembodied hands, and maybe sweat and tears coming out of every orifice.

I'm a footfag before I'm a ticklefag, which means I'm not going to complain if they're the area getting focused on and will probably only go with positions that show them off best, but it can still be kind of boring to constantly see stocks, especially if the feet are only average. I also like being authentic to the source material as well and there are a bunch of pictures where stocks either don't fit or you'd thought they could have chosen something better.

Stocks I imagine crop up so much because it's one of the devices that most often shows up in Western tickle clips and there is a history with it in the Western tickle community due to how it goes along with tickling and feet. I think some artists may like it as well because depending on the angle it means less work for them to do, I imagine this particularly being the case with commissions.

wtfeather has proven that the sweat/tears factor isn't an east/west thing. The east seems to be more prone to adding peeing moreso than the west though. Kills the mood for me every time.

I just find drool and excessive sweat to be disgusting. That is part of why I think I've developed kind of a distaste for ball gags and why I can't really enjoy some wtfeather's work. Excessive tears can possibly look bad as well. Kind of hard to ignore since besides feet I really like to look at the faces of ticklees as well, get a sense of what they're feeling.

Particularly great to see them do a picture of the Demon Sisters who don't get a lot of love. Feet are a tad fat for my tastes, but it's fitting I suppose if you go off the PSG art style and Kneesock's scrunched toes are kind of cute.

I can enjoy a bit of meat, but if it's not balanced out with length it becomes kind of unattractive to me. Just personal preference.

Will say though that it's palatable in these two pictures, maybe because it apes the style of PSG.

I wouldn't mind seeing more either, particularly of Widowmaker since she has a great personality for tickling and even a hook in her background with having suppressed human emotions. Unfortunately I've the feeling that she is going to be the Juri of Overwatch in that most if not all art uses her as a tickler and doesn't see the potential of the tables be turned.

The quote alone doesn't tell enough of a story though. Explaining the commission idea to the guy took a few tries mostly because the guy's primary language is Spanish. The incoming idea is pretty specific and mostly inspired by his recent tickle pieces on DeviantArt. I tend to go for unique concepts - and the one incoming is most definitely unique!

Yeah, still not sure if he stopped doing that because people were editing his works, to make commissions more attractive, or some other reason.

I actually kind of like that Yugioh picture despite the setup not really making much sense (Will admit though that three Obelisk blue students, particularly Asuka who is quite popular, getting tickled by three Osiris red guys has some appeal.) and the blindfolds looking kind of weird. Probably because Asuka and the other two girls have nice designs, the feathers going in between the toes, and the feet looking good, especially Asuka's double scrunch and how all three are slightly different in skin tone.

Actually reminds me that one episode had a pretty decent foot shot of the girls on the left and right.
