I don't like forced mental changes. Being given a vag shouldn't turn someone into a dutiful housewife or a cock-hungry slut.

On the other hand, the gender change could give someone a feeling of freedom to do things they would have been ashamed to try previously (wearing feminine clothing, for example). Or it could just force them to see the world from a different perspective.

A gender change could also be linked to a positive change that would otherwise not have anything to do with gender -- like becoming a magical warrior or whatever in Kampfer, or even a more mundane talent like music or athletics.

If the character is attracted to women before the change, they should ideally stay attracted to women. Not pervy like in the OP image, just something that doesn't change about them (it seems like 90% of TG stuff is sissification, degradation, bimbofication, cock-sluttification, etc.).

I'll only answer C, because that's the only one of the three that I have a precise answer for:
Midnight. Twentythree-ish guy decides to stay up all night to fap out of boredom. However, just as he is about to start, a deus ex deus comes down and tells him that over the course of the night, his body would every hour be turned more into that of a woman. The story would cover the entire night, as he goes through the five stages of grief, while wondering and daydreaming about what his life would become. Since at first he's unsure of what exactly the spell will do, he imagines the most extreme scenarios, where he'd be a girl that'd have nothing in common with his male appearance nor mind. Everytime he "daydreams" about what his future could look like, it'd one way or another wrap back to sex thoughts, causing him to masturbate to his fantasy. As the night goes on, his thoughts become less panicked, his imagination goes back to realistic scenarios, he wonders what that'd mean for his relationships with his friends and family, how the world would now perceive him (while still being interspersed with the occasional masturbation with an ever female becoming body). Basically, through his thoughts, through what he imagines his life would become, we learn who he is, and what's he's like personality-wise. 6AM, light starts to shine through the curtains, he is now fully womanized and his thoughts have gone silent. He opens the window. The story ends on a "The sun's bright today." that would have been symbolized into a "despite everything, he's still himself" through the course of the story.
Probably only need to flesh out the character a bit more (because everything falls apart if he's unlikable, unrealistic and/or a Gary Tsu, aka poorly characterized), and it could be ready to be written.

Story would be mostly about how different people are coping with it differently, including guy who sluts it up now that he's a hot girl, and a guy that starting to accept and enjoy life as a kind of stereotypical girl, a few characters who just kind of go with it, viewing their body as not that important to who they are, and a few just raging at the situation. Also everyone that got their bodies reshaped by the disaster now have magic powers, some having straight up magic girl powers complete with transformation. And they all have to work together with the government to help stop monsters that are showing in in relation to the disaster.

They learn many intimate things about each other (teaching each other how to wear bras, hide erections or use tampons), slowly warm up to each other (started out as rivals, moved up to friends, then, eventually, fell in love with each other), enter a relationship, realise they are both starting to feel comfortable with their new bodies, have a lot of sex. Might throw in some bigger-scale magic-related plot. In the end they find a way to reverse the spell, but find out the guy-turned-girl is pregnant and decide to wait untill he gives birth (they can only use the reverse spell once, so they have to both transform at the same time). Then, after the pregnancy story arc, they find more reasons not to change back. In the end, they decide to stay the way they are.

I had an idea for the writefags too.

It's about two scientists that have developed nanomachines that can genetically alter the body in radical ways. They lost their funding so they decide to use themselves as test subjects and change their bodies as much as possible to draw attention to their success.

One of the scientists is the straight-and-narrow guy who is just doing it for the sake of the experiment, but the other one is the mad- scientist type who intentionally TGs himself and loves it. He narrates his own changes.

Afterwards he acts super feminine (not a personality change just him being eccentric) and tries to jokingly seduce the other scientist, much to his chagrin.

Every 50th Game has a special rule (each District must send four candidates, all candidates must be previous winners, etc.), but most Games take roughly a week to complete, depending on the obvious factors.

For the story (fitting it in caption form would take way too many images), the rules would be something like:

>Styles vary by method, generally more severe for more avoidable (Tainted milk laying around = ditzy cowgirl, fake supply drop = ordinary (attractive) woman, 'false start'/trying to escape = mindless slave).

To answer all the questions, I like mostly gradual changes, big into mental stuff, sometimes some major role and identity-flipping - but not really death, more like, nerd gets gently nudged to be a tomboy (I love that idea), or more extreme like an athlete turned into very curvy busty woman that humiliatingly can't manage it at all like they used to, or very tall to very short and petite. But for the most part I like "1:1".

If I could write at all in the first place, I would try to approach certain things as if the TG'd character was in fact still just a normal boy (helps that I'm also into homo stuff I guess...also guys acting girly) to really get to the "Why/How" in the mental feminization aspect, even though there's the biological stuff happening. Like, if someone gets into some new hobby, whether it be playing guitar or fashion, what are some reasons they would like it that aren't only "hormones" or "it can't be helped!"? Would their new interest in it feel genuine (and even in-character)?

With behaviour changes I'm more loose, in certain cases. I'd like it to creep up on them, like they'll put their hand on their hips naturally without noticing, or start playing with their hair. Their voices will slowly change and they'll get hit on in online games. I'd love it if they tried to sound deep, or tried to posture in a masculine way like they used to, but it'll come off as fake or as if a girl was trying to do it, even if they still mostly look like a boy.

I really like stories that focus on the mental changes, although I don't like the changes to be too extreme. Specifically, I really like the character dealing with the change of their sexual orientation changing from women to men. I'd really love for a story to fully explore how they can't get turned on by women anymore, how they used to think sex with women was hot but now it's just gross, etc. Props to OP pic for touching on this a bit. Also, there's this Ranma story I like, where Nabiki tricks Ranma and Ryoga to always walk to school together, tells Ranma to not fight anybody when she's with him (against people such as Kuno), and for Ryoga to always fight to protect Ranma (against people such as Kuno), and neither get to tell the other about what she's making them do. What would that sort of set-up result in, psychologically? I think it's sexy as hell, and also doesn't resort to magic, more like just (very manipulative) cause and effect.

I also love pregnancy/maternal stuff. What if they start finding babies and kids super adorable? Changing future dreams of being a dad/husband to mom/wife, maybe identifying more with their moms than with their dads, that sort of thing. It could be more impactful than any other kind of change.

I've been vaguely thinking about a similar concept for a while, though more along the lines of "guy slowly and at first unawares begins to turn/transition little by little into a girl over several weeks/months" or (not exactly TG) "big mean abusive alpha male who picks on weaker guys/believes that women are his right get punished by slowly becoming less and less masculine until he is quite literally an ideal trap candidate and becomes humiliated and in denial about being effectively the opposite sort of man now from the man he had been before".

The latter "partial/trap" idea I find especially appealing because the victim becomes permanently stuck in a sexually ambiguous but still male position which makes it difficult for him to learn to live convincingly as either sex.

As you can see from previous threads, once in a blue moon, a translator will be kind enough to do that for you if they are willing to. Though most who do so, only do it right there and then, so you'd have to have luck on top of your luck of having one appear in these threads.

I've always enjoyed that Ranma is actually quite domestic, with his tendency to clean and cook and his love of ice cream, but constantly denies femininity as anything besides weakness or a tool to gain advantage in battle.

I have no idea why I love TG so damn much. I remember my favorite mythology story when I was a kid was Arachne, I spent hours in the garden idly imagining the scene of her turning into a spider. When transformation was brought up in movies at one point or another (though I surprisingly do no remember a single movie that'd contain it, even less one I'd have watched at an early age), it was always the scene that fascinated me the most.

This is actually more specific than it seems; 'characters' implies realistic depictions of people - not author inserts, not cardboard cutouts of people. Descriptions - Similarly, a TG story that doesn't go into any detail is basically regular porn with a strange intro. Particularly, the more the characters' feelings and sensations are described, the better I can get off. If I want sexy, "and then ponos went into vagoo" doesn't exactly cut it.

I don't really remember them. I can describe a few I didn't like (one that comes to mind is has a teen turn into a pink-haired semen hound "Nymph" during a worldwide weirdening, shortly followed by everyone being pointless dicks to each other), but the good ones don't really stick.

Suck a dozen cocks, or grow your breasts to E-cup and paizuri one? Forget your sexual experience to get a palace? Put in a bucket of tentacles (capable of very harsh impregnation) or turn most of the body into an erogeneous zone?
Eventually, the contestant would transform from a completely straight guy confident in the show's guarantee that any unwanted alterations would be reverted to an entirely different woman - perhaps a cordial, blushing princess, or a straight-up prostitute, or a fashion model who doesn't remember ever being male, or even reaching the final, worst choice - "would you rather become property of the show or forget everything before you came on it?"

I mean, it's probably been done tons before, but sunk cost fallacy, human rationalization, and just plain lust making someone TG themselves further and further just pushes a lot of my darker buttons.
