I wish people posted more TFs that went all the way to feral. Never understood how /d/ only seems to care about TFs that end in monstergirls.

Like, the hivemind here is really into transformations and globalization changes where all women are degraded into fucktoys and the like. As for the SWA stuff, its mostly just hard to find quality stuff that is relevant to TF. Most stuff has a single drawing that slowly changes from frame to frame. While the drawing is usually high quality it feels lazy to me and doesn't do transformation justice.

Not my cup of tea but I can understand why people like it. For me futa never really makes too much sense outside of a succubus or a demon. Growing a dick seems like a demon thing to me. However, I suppose you can argue that snakes are seen as demonic in some parts of the world.

For futa on the whole and specifically for /d. A monster x women for transformation is technically beast and not allowed and for whatever reason monster boys never really was a thing.

For me it's 50/50 about that.
I'm interested on the idea of the human mind degrading and being reduced to primal levels.
I'm not fond of monster girls, since most of the time they're just average women with horns, snake tails, extra arms or other animal appendages.

Say, things like She-Hulk losing control, people being devolved into cavemen or ape-like monsters, monstrous-looking werewolves, magic shenanigans turning skinny girl mages into monstrous she-orcs, trolls or ogres, etc.

If there's something i've noticed (and for some reason makes me go all WTF), it's the fact that the Unending BE Addventure site is REALLY obsessed with Ranma 1/2.
Between that and the recent influx of Marvel/DC stories, they sort of drown everything else. But my tip is to just write your stuff and don't pay attention to anyone else, eventually someone will jump in.

Another hot idea would be a guy somehow captures up to a dozen women he knows and places them all naked together in a containment/observation cell while they're somehow all forced to transform together over the course of a month.

That's half the appeal of TFs happening on a massive scale. Everybody changing at different speeds and in different ways with everybody's transformation starting at different times, so no one knows if they're going to end up like their friend who turned into a complete animal in less than hour the first day the changes hit.

Though there's something to be said about, say, all women changing subtly together at exactly the same rate over a far longer period of time, like a year.

Rather than a chaotic mess of unpredictable changes freaking everybody out as mentioned above, the dread here is the slow, unstoppable inevitability of it all as every subject wakes up just %1 less human than they were the day before, and *nobody* knows when it's going to end - and with everybody dreading the worst.

Probably a Chozo or a new metroid hybrid.

Where does Samus leave off at the end of Fusion? She's literally a Metroid hybrid at this point--take that idea further. Say the Metroid DNA in her system starts getting... aggressive. Her arms and legs become tentacles, her skin turns soft and gel-like, and her mind slowly slips away as a feral hunger overtakes her.

Her series is pretty rife with potential TFs. Metroids of various forms, whatever Ridley and Kraid are, some kinda fucked up phazon beast, etecoons and dachoras, Ing, etc. Just depends on what you're into.

For other things, I think it's best if the TF is somehow "appropriate" to the character or scenario, but I'm not sure what fits samus here. I mean, she's a curvy attractive blonde, I guess. What fits that? I mean irony like a cow or pig or something to make her ugly and fat. Or just go full sex and do the cat girl thing? Nothing's really grabbing me a ton, off the top of my head. Really depends on the situation she's in, I think.
