Probably 10-20 hours if he just goes through one iteration of sketching, inking, and coloring. And that's if he's comfortable enough not making any mistakes or bothering to polish it. Shit can take 50 hours+ if you're still learning and need to constantly look up references.

I like both, largely depending on the "story" attached to it.

Sometimes "consensual" transformation is great. Sometimes forced transformation is best. Sometimes it works better if its reluctant, but they enjoy it in spite of themselves. Other times its best when it's intentional and "consensual", but the subject winds up NOT enjoying it and suffering through it.

It's a fucked up fetish, with a lot of potential variety.


(Most of my favorite stuff happens to be forced, non-consensual, and completely permanent, and feature a psychological change in addition to the physical ones.)

Yes, that one. I remember the book quite well, but I never got to see the episode. I empathize with the characters too much to enjoy any extreme noncon (with crying and all that), but neither can I get off to the ones that are obviously unrealistic wish fulfillment: "Oh my god, I'm a woman/crocodile/mayfly/woxie! This is the best day of my life!" Pretty much anywhere between the two is fine, but there's one thing that REALLY gets me going: Sympathetic arousal.
When the transformee is horny - anywhere from a blush throughout to actively encouraging her petrification because it feels so good - it really cements it as porn, and pushes it just a cut above the rest.

Problem with most TF art is that is over saturated with unnecessary futa and furry art.

My two cents about non consensual or consensual is that most art for consensual TFs don't make a whole lot of sense are generally self insert fantasies.

With non consensual TFs scenarios there are more options. She can be mind broken or corrupted into liking the change or show visual disdain for the change.

To be fair, most of what people probably remember from Animorphs is that it flew under the radar as one of the most brutal children's series of all time. Kids murdering their parasitically hosted former friends, neighbors, family after getting drafted into an intergalactic war. Three-fourths of the cast fucking dies somewhere along the route. Every single one of them is beyond fucked up as child soldiers, one of them became so depressed he willingly became a hawk permanently but was then returned the power to morph but not humanity by one of two elder gods playing chess with the lesser races, then had a crush on the berserker bear girl (who once beat someone to death with her own severed arm) who then died in a suicide mission, and after the war left earth withdrew from humanity completely.

The attraction in that scenario exists because I'm engaged and can relate to the emotional relationship dynamics more. I find it hard to get off without that emotional element since I met my fiancee who knows what I'm into and indulges me every few weeks or so.

Part of the appeal of the global scenario is that there's no getting help and that there's no escaping the situation.

In a story where someone is just dragged off to an underground lab somewhere there's always the hope that they might be able to escape and be normal, but in a mass transformation setting where people are somehow being transformed by some mysterious force, then you've got people transforming in the street and in the workplace, and every victim is that much more helpless when they see how many other people around them are suffering the same fate.

Though in a global/mass transformation setting, I prefer far slower transformations that take place over weeks, months or even years, which force people to cope with their bodies changing a bit more every day, and forces society to engage in forced, time-sensitive debates about what to do about the problem and all the victims...

I also find it adds a lot of spice if people are becoming a variety of different things, but the story focuses on a victim that feels picked out and especially victimized by a much more awful transformation, like into a pig, say.
