I was pretty nervous talking to therapists as the time as well, but it wasn't too bad. My problem was more with my social anxiety and minor prudishness about talking about certain things. But they were understanding, and never put me under any unfair amounts of pressure. Not sure what you mean by that I try to avoid red meat and eggs like the plague but thats hard considering my dad is a chef and get butthurt if I don't eat his food.
