Nothing remarkable. Was going to have Taka and Succubus Slave Lucy & Juvia encounter Erza. He would have the pair attack her, and Juvia would be defeated pretty quickly and comically knocked out. Taka would try to play the guitar to transform Erza but she'd already have a sword drawn to defeat him. Succubus Lucy would jump in the way* and Erza would pull the attack, giving Taka enough time to transform Erza. That would all have happened in two and half to three pages, with a full page and half dedicated to Erza's transformation. Then three pages of a threesome between Taka and Succubus Slave Erza & Lucy. Last panel would be Taka and all three corrupted girls ready to attack the rest of Fairy Tail.

*I used this in the Succubus Slave addventure thread I wrote too, where Lucy is the one transformed instead of Juvia.

I never would have even commented on it, if not for what followed. I've paid up front to other artists and they've been professional and punctual (and didn't treat me like an idiot). But this guy jerked me around so much that even though I was very happy with the final pic, I promised to never put myself through commissioning him again. Take from that what you will.

I can forgive tardiness. We've all fucked up at some point in our lives. But taking fifteen months - often without replying to emails for months during that time - for something that was supposed to take a little over four weeks is beyond the pale. I kinda really wanna make a corruption game. I'm a good enough writer and programmer to do all sorts of things, though since I'm severely art-deprived, it'd have to be at least mostly text-only.

But actual gameplay ideas are really rough to come up with. Optimally, the game should have actually meaningful gameplay where the player strives to win. A lot of corruption games tend to sorta be "choose your own bad end" type things, but imo it's much sweeter for the player struggle against corruption and then fall for it than it is to voluntarily choose that sort of a path.

A game from a villain's perspective might be more fun than a game from a hero's perspective. Something where you strive to corrupt some poor heroine, or maybe capture princesses to corrupt them, or something like that... but that's even tougher. How do you actually challenge the player? There's no meaning, no satisfaction in capturing and corrupting a heroine if it's trivially easy. I want to make a game, not a story.

And optimally, there ought to be some replay value. A random element or a lot of paths to take. Something that makes the game at least slightly different each time, so you wouldn't just be doing the same stuff in the same order every time you play it.

Anyone have any clever ideas? Even silly ones are welcome, I could really use any kind of inspiration to try to figure out this conundrum.

I actually do have a game idea concerning this issue... I was thinking of a game where the player is already enslaved by a villain, and degree of corruption is derived from how well you "obey" the master.

Its a bit early in conception, and for now only concerns story choices, but here's the gist of it:

-A Dark Lord enslaves a training witch with lots of potential. He doesn't want to completely obliterate her will, but he has placed a curse on her that will punish her if she disobeys
-He gives the witch training missions or places her in the service of one his generals to both improve her subservience and nurture her development.
-The Generals all have different uses for the witch, but if she directly disobeys any of them, they may add additional orders that punish the witch
-The witch can spend the game looking for ways to escape this curse, but over time, her resistance to the orders is worn down.

Throw in some interesting missions, lots of sexy slavery/corruptive thingamajigs, and we may just have a game.

Ultimately, RPG Maker games are really awkward. They're really art dependant unless you use the same assets a million other people are already using, and gameplay-wise, they tend to fall to two extremes. Either they're trivially easy, at which point you have to purposefully choose to lose just to see the delicious bad ends, or they're so hard they're unfair in their randomness or unfun in their grindyness. You can tell a story pretty well with RPG Maker, but actually making a good game can be incredibly tasking.

Well, there are other engines, like Ren'Py or Unity. heck, Haxeflixel, if you can get into it, is pretty robust. But for all of those you need to produce all your own assets.

As for good gameplay? Yeah, that is REALLY tough to figure out, particularly if you're experimenting with engines.

Something like a management game might work fine, in theory. Doesn't need a lot of graphical assets and it's simple enough to code. But actually making a game like that fun, fresh and challenging ain't easy. Especially if you want to incorporate some story into it. It risks becoming really boring really fast.

There's also a vore game, Marunomi, that has really good gameplay while still keeping it simple and being very story focused. You could pretty easily steal its gameplay and refluff it as a corruption themed game instead. Probably fairly easily doable in Ren'Py or Unity both.

On top of that, you could incorporate skill trees into this set up so that the player can unlock new ways to use the character while still fully corrupting them...

Well, I only used management sims as an example of something that's easy enough to do without a lot of graphical assets. A bejeweled setup works actually pretty well, and there's already a game/platform called TFJeweled which is meant to be a kind of a transformation-themed Bejeweled clone. I do kind of like the idea you proposed, though. Go is a bit too slow to use directly as-is, but the idea is very much sound. Maybe even something like simplified Risk would work? Or heck, something along the lines of Reversi? It doesn't really have to be a complex game. The simpler the better.

Perhaps the magical girls are independent actors fighting against you in some way, but after you control more than half of their board, they fall under your influence and you can use them instead. After that, you can keep corrupting them further and further to get more use out of them, perhaps even transforming them into monster girls or some such when you finally complete the board. Give each magical girl a couple of different paths to corrupt them, and you add a lot of replay value.

You ever play Divinity Dragon Commander? The game had was an RTS/Management game where you were handling an army. While you, the player, could only play one battle per round, you could assign your commanders to defend or attack other cities. Perhaps a system like, where you would sort of corrupt sectors of the city, or defend against the forces of purity using your dark armies.

I definitely like the sound of transforming the magical girls into monsters and stuff. I've also got some Unity experience, though its from the art side, but it wouldn't be hard to put in additional triggers and set up a prefab with several portraits for characters.

I suppose, in theory, the flow of the game could basically be...

1. Do some purchases with the resources you accumulate by conquering parts of the city. Strengthen your units, do some research, get some upgrades.

2. Make your move on the city map, assign your commanders to corrupt different sections of the city / to infiltrate the local populace / such.

3. Choose a magical girl to corrupt this turn. Whether it's someone already loyal to you or someone still "pure". This could be a (simple) minigame of its own.

Story scenes would trigger when you reach a certain % corruption on a magical girl, when you conquered specific parts of the city or when you completed some research/construction/other project. Think Sengoku Rance, for example.

If I were to make this alone, though, it'd be effectively entirely text-based. Might have some basic art for the map and menus and minigames and such since stuff like that is easy enough to find online, but character portraits would be impossible unless they were custom-made.

I am proud to say I am about 50% done mapping, 30% done with dialogue, 40ish% done with events, and 0% done with battles for the next release, and 100000% done in general.

Corruption sorta feels like the neglected step-child of mind control and transformation. It has elements of both, but it's not really strictly either. There are a lot of corruption fans that aren't interested in "plain" MC or TF, and likewise, there are a ton of MC/TF fans that couldn't care less about corruption.

But really, it feels like corruption doesn't have its own place on the internet at all. There are plenty of mind-control sites like mcstories, hypnopics-collective and hypnobooru. And there are plenty of transformation sites like tfgamessite and a fair number of TF erotica sites (particularly transgender TF), but...

While all of those tend to have corruption material sprinkled amongst them, it's usually kind of hard to find. It's usually not even tagged as corruption, so it gets buried in the masses.

Really, beyond this thread, the 2chan thread and pixiv's 悪堕ち tag, there don't seem to be any major places to get corruption smut. That kinda sucks.

I've gotten a few doujins and image sets translated in my time. I'd suggest not half-heartedly commissioning a translation. Only get it if you really want, because it's going to be expensive.

I'd estimate for the 140 pages, you'd be looking to pay around $275 to $300 to get this translated. It might be cheaper because the fact that there is a text-free set of the picture drastically cuts down on the editing time. Or it may be more expensive than my guess. I really can't say. You're going to need to contact a translator that does work like this and ask them for an estimate.

I can give you some names of active translators if you don't know any.
