Can anyone actually get Village of Nightmare 2 to work? My version is missing all of the text (including the start screen text), and crashes on the second picture of the game.

The filenames in the Village of Nightmare 2 zip are encoded with the CP932 standard, which is basically shift-JIS, but it encodes circled numbers () differently, and these are actually used in the filenames in VoN2.

I have no idea how you'd do on Windows, but on linux (and probably OS X), you can extract the directory and get proper filenames by pasting the following into a terminal in the directory with VillageofNightmare2_v1.0.zip

Alright so i just finished VoN2, was a little disappointed by the lack of end content actually. Though i probably would have had some trouble doing mini puzzles like those in VoN1 ending without a translation.
Sadly not as good IMO :(

When I was a youngun, this scene really got me.
Oddly enough, the Japanese version was easier to find than the English version...and this is a rare case where I'd say the English version was better, mostly because of a combination of working designs being damn good at their jobs, and the English cast being more or less perfect...
...for the PS1 version...
the PSP version was tremendously disappointing. They recast most of the roles, and the ones they didn't recast had aged out of the role (the guy who voiced Alex voiced him in all 3 versions, but his voice had changed too much by the time the PSP version was made so he sounded...off.)
Combined with the changed music and...I was disappointed :(

Though interesting tidbit: they didn't name the tracks on the soundtrack they released with the PS1 version. Initially it was because they said they wanted it to be "experienced together" or some crap like that.
I found out later it was because some genius decided to call the track that plays when the the second video happens "Ghaleon's Theme," and this scene takes place before the reveal about Ghaleon.
Honestly I would've called the theme "Vile Tribe" but that's just me.

Not everyone uses the IQDB and saucenao plugins. Not everyone has a pixiv account. Not everyone can tell that the filename is from Pixiv. The source isn't that easy unless it's on Hypnohub, and not everyone knows about that either.

You can find the Pixiv page via iqdb, if someone posted the source on it's Delbooru, or Danbooru page. I use that method and save the harder searches for Saucenao, so I can minimize going over the 100 search limit.

I haven't played the latest modded version but there wasn't that big of a difference.... modded version just added a few slavery mechanics for the PC (player's character). I got a kick out of playing the modded version but it was a little clunky.

Nifty little horror adventure/puzzle/hentai game called Alice in the Darkness. The demo is translated on TF/TG game database. There isn't much yet though although it has some bad endings done.

Game premise is actually pretty intense. Your a guy who woke up in a Alice like body in some twisted Wonderland type world with monsters/traps that can instant kill you out of nowhere [although to be fair there are hints] or give you a more creative fate.

Also has a constant heartbeat feature you have to make sure doesn't get too high or you die from that too which raises from sprinting too much, hazards, or embarrassing moments that reminds you are a frail yet busty girl. There is some fetishes in this including corruption although demo doesn't have much yet.

I think it's less the futafags and more the janitors: While the former can whine and gnash their teeth over someone daring to make two (two!) Monster Girl threads focusing on different monster girls, that's about all they can do. And often times they don't even do that, just hijack the threads to make them Futa Monster Girl threads instead.

Janitors, meanwhile, can and have used that (two Monster Girl threads) as an excuse to delete one of them while looking the other way at (looking at the current catalogue for examples) the three "Large Dicked Futa" threads. Actually, believe it or not, it was all done by one person. Long back, when I got fed up with the spam, I went to the iirc 4chan chat room, and told a moderator about the threads being spammed up at that very time. When they banned the person, they told me that it was all being done under the same IP. Of course the person evaded the ban, like any troll would do, and the "futa wars" continued on. I stayed away from /d/ for a while soon after. I browsed it once again, once I heard that there were more mods/janitors, and noticed that that spamming drastically slowed down. Now that I felt safe that a corruption thread would last longer than 5 hours, I started making corruption threads. There are still futa threads that kinda feel like spam, and maybe that there is now more than one person, but as of right now, I am comfy at the way things are, and always have been for the last 3 years.

Fans, even much more obsessed than me, have been making these threads years before. I made these threads in order to help out anyone who was new to the fetish. That's it? Think about this. /d/ has 10 pages. Each page holds 15 threads. Now times all that, and you get 150 threads. Back when the so called "futa wars" began, the futa threads made to half that amount. Hell, even a bit more, when you /d/ had 15 pages at one point. And most of those threads were truly spam.
