Yea, I've too thought about getting a real suit for a while, but since I work out, I got really broad shoulders, not to mention my already prominent male facial features, so any suit would terrible on me. At most I might get one of those Latex masks (preferably with boobs attached) or sleeves from CFX for fun. It's not totally clear in the original, but I think the suit impregnated itself with his sperm (that's why it jerked him off) and then it turned him into that girl. My issue wasn't with the name itself, but with how you seem to try to avoid the issue of naming the character and that (for this reason) Kevin repeated a mistake making him seem infuriatingly dumb imo. Kinda like that time he forgot that he was in disguise thrice in a row. Though I think I understand that it can be tough to write a biweekly comic.

For what it's worth, here's my suggestion for introducing the name with a joke: use a common trope and roll with it, or invert the trope.

I guess it really just shows the limits of how I write the comic. There are goal posts to arcs but how it gets to there is usually in the air, so things are never concrete. I'll be honest and say when this arc started it was gonna be Kevin going to class with everyone there, the teacher asking who he is, Kevin bullshit ting and saying he's a friend who came to take notes, then be thrown out of class for obvious reasons. THEN the next arc was gonna be Elaine learning about the bodysuit. Of course it probably won't go in that same direction anymore.

I'm gonna have plenty of time to think about it as my typical work day (including commute, traffic, work, etc.) Is gonna be about 15 hours 5 days a week, which is why the strip is gonna be 1 a week until Christmas.

Elaine's beads of sweat should suffice to convey that she's getting impatient making the "Why's she taking so long?" unnecessary.
Finally, by using an arguably more well-known name, you remove the need to explain the joke and Elaine's expression is again sufficient to convey that she isn't really buying it. To be safe, you could also add a small thought bubble next to Elaine with Bulma in it. Using images instead of words to convey thoughts/feelings is always better.

My point about replacing text with visuals whenever possible still stands (whenever possible, imagine you're drawing a comic for someone who hates to read or can barely understand English). Also, punchline in last panel.

And, now I'm getting rrrrreaallllly nit-picky here, but watching lots of anime does not automatically mean you're a 'weeaboo'. Just like listening to rap music doesn't mean you're a 'wigger'. It's not synomous with nerd or 'otaku', it's a subcategory of it. But I suppose you knew and used "weeaboo" instead of "anime nerd" for convenience's sake, especially since you're on your phone.
