I binged this on netflix. First off, generic as fuck title. Hate it with every fiber of my newly growing breasts.

First episode starts off weird with like no build-up or explanation on anything. The awkwardness didn't fade until a few episodes in. The "twist" with Teodora wound up being surprising. Animation is alright. Definitely reminds me of other shows a bit too much for its own good at times.

So I went in with mid-low expectations, came out of it thinking "It's alright".

All in all? If you're bored, give it a watch. I'd put this in the same tier as something like Kulipari Frogs.

I completely agree with your assessment on this. Not bad, but not really that great either. It was just fine. I think my issue with it was how the "world" didn't feel very concrete or tangible, they warped all around and never really got to stick around to see the impact of anything they did beyond the immediate.

Ahh let's see. There's Saw Palmetto, which suppresses your testosterone levels AND promotes prostate+urinary health. There's Pueraria Mirifica which is herbal estrogen, and it's the 500mg pills, so taking 4 of those a day is equal to 5mg of proper estradiol.

Those are the main ones, but I also take a flaxseed oil capsule every day, which has some phytoestrogen and is good for your heart, too.

It is worth noting that I drink 3-5 gulps of soy milk with every "dose", and currently I take 3 doses a day. First one is 1 Pueraria + 1 Saw Palmetto + 1 Flaxseed in the morning, then 1 Saw Palmetto in the afternoon, and then 1 Pueraria + 1 Saw Palmetto before bed. I'm planning to double my dose of Pueraria and up my dose of Saw Palmetto to the maximum recommend (5 per day) within the next month, and will probably stick to that until I decide I'm "ready' for synthetic HRT among other things.

And if anyone gets on my case about going off-topic... I'm just answering a legitimate question. lol
