I thought this was going to be another Tutenstein where the Kat is actually a good guy, but he's just a mischievous asshole getting into trouble and the Kid always has to save him.

Instead it ended up being another Invader Zim/Tom & Jerry, but underwhelming and even more unbalanced.

I enjoyed the first episodes where it seemed like they were going to let the Kat win a few times, before they pulled that good vs evill bullshit and kid kept winning out of sheer dumb luck and plot convenience and forced shit.

I liked that there was a wee bit of plot progression in season 2 with the cat's boss becoming a recurring character and that blonde girl.

I can't give unbiased review of any cartoons, because the Finnish dubs make me angery.
It isn't loud or anything but why does it sound like every child character screams/yells all the time in Finnish dubs?
Are they actually voiced by adults why can only make annoying child imitations?

Fuck you I liked it.
The kid had a fitting voice, the dad was not a fuck up and made good dad jokes, his best friend was not an asian stereotype, the theme song was hype, and I desperately wanted to hug his buck-toothed sister.
Aldo the dynamic of the kid and the cat reminded me of a comic but I can't place my finger on it at all...

Pretty much, the pitch for the show probably was: What if Zim was a cat?

I pretty much saw every episode of this show a couple of times because it was the one decent show that was on in the mornings before I had to go to work at my old job.

It was okay. Had some nice continuity to it later on. I really liked Coop's Asian friend, and I thought that the episode where they went to Kat's home planet was good.

I'm shocked but not surprised that there's porn of Kat
