Nah. Dennis was an asshole, but he has 2 main targets:

Grown ups.

His other main targets were bullies that picked on other kids. Sure, he was an asshole, but he did draw a line. I mean, my nan had most of the Beano' s and Dandy's stretching back to the mid 50's and I don't remember a single instance of him picking on a cripple.
