I mean none of this is set in stone, but some liked Doctor Dash given the catchy name. Forgot to add Captain Marvel to this list too. The wizard Shazam stole pantheon powers, and is a ghost who possesses new champions, last being Earth 3 Billy. We also came up with a backstory for Mime (real name Minue Merceaux), who was a loudmouth nutcase who ran with one of Gotham's Owlman controlled gangs and was reformed by The Red Hood

Not quite. There's Darkseid the cosmic entity and then there are sub-Darkseids unique to each reality, who are seperate but all a part of the higher horror known as Darkseid. Same with the other new Gods, but especially Highfather, who holds an equal importance to Darkseid in Morrison's setting, even if the only story writers want to tell with him is how he dies off fucking camera.

Because Jester has the same gimmicks, appearance and style as joker, but he is a good guy, so essentially a reverse Joker take (in the same way that Whitemanta takes all the pettiness of Blackmanta and turn him into a nice guy with ocean gimmick) . While the only thing that Red Hood has in common with him is... a previous identity that he barely used. Doesn't translate well to "good guy Joker" if he has no Joker traits at all, might as well be an OC.

Think of it this way, Joker is the wild card, Red Hood is the entire deck. So its another form of opposites which is the point of alt earth shenanigans. I suppose you could do this Creeper thing where he occasionally has mental breakdowns and becomes The Jester, a hero who is a bit more chaotic in his methods, would that work? At least that way hes still insane, switching from focused crime fighter to loony hero, and paying homage to both. If you wanted to take the playing card theme a bit further, The Royal Flush Gang of Earth 3 could be his bat-family of sorts

For Earth-3 Penguin, instead of The Puffin, how about The Rooster ?
Much like how penguins, birds that cannot fly, are opposites of bats, mammals that do fly, roosters can be seen as the opposite of owls as they are flightless, non-predatory, diurnal animals that live in packs.

>The Rooster: A brightly dressed, upstanding and lovable philantropist who uses his vast connections and money to provide for others and help uplift the Gotham community from Owlman's tyranny. The Rooster is friends with several other heroes, particularly The Solution (Earth-3 Riddler), and he secretly backs up their operations and provides them shelter in his restaurant, The Sunny Diner. Owlman has on occasion forced him to relay information and has threatened him violently, but The Rooster has always been able to misdirect him and never betray his friends. The Rooster's portly and friendly appearence hides the fact that he's a very competent fighter, although he rarely ever resorts to violence and has no desire for it. The Rooster merely wishes for Gotham to be peaceful and friendly again, free of Owlman's terror (and for everyone to come enjoy a warm hot meal in his restaurant with their friends and family).

I think we can get a compromise on this whole Jester/red hood Thing. He WAS an entretainer, maybe not a the front man, but always wanting to put smiles on people that are under the syndicate rule. Gets involved with little resistance againts Owlman and needs a quick disguise, so he gets into a jester suit while not being fond of it. Then the acid burn or whatever thing happens and decides to change the costume.
Then E3 Jason Todd hears can become a new Jester and all that.
I dont know as this is fancfic stuff I dont see why everyone cant have their cake.

Oswald's always had an inferiority complex and eventually chose his moniker "The Penguin" because that's what everyone called him anyway and he wanted to make it a name to be respected and feared, and he gets angry when people disrespect him (which still happens to him since he keeps making enemies).
Since The Rooster is the good version of the Penguin, he would have picked the name as a friendly suggestion and built his sunny diner around it. It's clunky and ridiculous, but again, so is Oswald, except this version chose to proudly be ridiculous instead of trying to be a tough guy. And since most people genuinely like and respect The Rooster, even if they chuckle at the name, they use it. And if some dipshit calls him "The Cock", he laughs and goes along with his day instead of murdering them like The Penguin would.

So did Boss Gordon's daughter (whatever we end up calling her) become paralyzed? And if so is that Cardinal's fetish or did he just fuck her to cuck Owlman and send a message to him?

The Killing Card Part 1: Origin of the Red Hood
>Red Hood starts off as a unnamed successful comedian with a tv show who raunchy and rude jokes on the brink of insanity, sort of like a more dickish Tom Green/Andy Dick. He also has a drug problem and a awful marriage with a uncaring wife.

In Earth-0 the Rogues are villains, but villains with a Code of Ethics, and understand there are rules of engagement when fighting heroes. They're bad guy but won't go to far.
but in Earth-3 they're cops, but crooked cops with no Code of Ethics. They're "good guys" with who will go to far.

I was thinking Dick would have killed everyone in the court since in Earth-0 Owlman is the Champion of the Court while Talons are just assassins.
In Earth-0 Dick is the cool type, but Earth-3 he's more prone to lashing out. So after finding out a "horrible secret" he takes it out on everyone.
Plus it gives reason for Dick to move beyond a sidekick and for Owlman to have multiple sidekicks

Red Hood/Joker/Jester should just be called Red Hood but look like the joker underneath the mask, he was fell into the same acid as the joker, looks and laughs, but dresses nice as the red hood to hide how bad and messed up he actually looks, kind of a comparison to how batman is dark and violent but still a good guy and joker is a clown but evil and chaotic, Red Hood can have a little dark side to him underneath but overall a good guy..

I prefer Red Hood joker rather than new 52 earth 3 joker. In the new 52 version of earth-3 the joker is just the joker(heath ledger version) basically the normal joker except he has a conscious and feels bad for what he does and all the bad around him, acts crazy and also just fights against owlman and his people instead of killing innocent and committing crimes sometimes murdering people and using the same joker tricks.

The cops are also evil besides corrupt so I think commissioner Gordon would work. Falcon can maybe run like a community thing with Gotham, kind of like his gang with gangsters except good, trying to help the community maybe through government work but also have guns and like normal gangs but good to help fight against the evil and cops. Demons can just stay as demons since hell and heaven are their own dimensions, unless its like the darkseid thing and earth 3 has its sub hell and earth, but since every thing is mirrored hell is the good place and heaven is the bad place so angels and god are evil and do bad things and the devil and demons do good things, but also I just think its better to keep demons as demons. maybe etrigan is just a worse bad demon that raps instead of rhyme? or maybe he can be an angel that does bad things. Before ultraman mentioned they worshiped this demon/evil god thing so i think heaven and hell is still the same.
