Well it started off as a dumping ground for all the OLD cartoons, then if I remember correctly they started sticking newers old stuff on there, like 90s stuff.
Now it's like half/half of all the reboots of old cartoons, like the new Looney Tunes, new Tom and Jerry, Be Cool Scooby Doo, the new Garfield, etc. And the other half poorly animated and/or foreign shit like Talking Tom and friends, and the French Ladybug girl show.

Atleast in Australian anyway.
