I'm really going to need to see more before I pass Terrible Judgement. The Chuck Jones version is a true classic with a heartwarming story as to how it got made. The Ron Howard version was really weird but it had a lot of heart and the physical sets and props were nice.

in the end, he learned to enjoy christmas and celebrate it with the townspeople. if he was truly autistic, he would've learned to celebrate christmas but in his own way, compromising with the townspeople instead
