Darkest Dungeon. It really depends on how dark and bleak they're willing to go with it. I think even on Adult Swim it would wind up too watered down and not disturbing or depressing enough. A good Darkest Dungeon cartoon would be hard to watch due to equal parts bizarre and disgusting imagery and the soul crushing feeling of watching characters you've grown slightly attached to meet soul crushing ends in and out of the dungeons.
