I main'd him in the first Injustice game which got me into reading him. Not well-written villain, but more of a classical evil monster with a limited or narrow motivation but still poses a huge threat. During the Gold and Silver Age, he would throw the JSA and JLA into full panic mode whenever he made an appearance often requiring the combined might of multiple superheroes to stop him.

In this post-Bronze era he's been pretty scaled back in power level and appearances. He now mostly just makes cameos in the background and is almost exclusively a Batman villain who Bruce can literally just toss over his head with a single hand and call it a day.

I liked anime Dracula. He really only had the one episode, but here's hoping he becomes more relevant in the future of the series (if it ever gets one).
