>4chan has no sway in literally anything anymore
>Two youtubers make a thread about the show crossing over with their 2003 counterparts
>It ranked around 80,000 in the first hour and will get bigger until Friday
>Get humiliated because they didn't wait for the trailer like someone with actual sense
This is one of the reasons why Cartoon related youtubers are bad
I don't get it, what happened to the original ones?
That guy who milks the TTG hate bandwagon (vailksomething) and that black man who made fun of that make a wish kid both made videos about "Classic Titans" assuming it'd be about the 2003 series. They weren't smart enough to wait for the trailer and ended up tricking around 50,000 viewers (I made a mistake about the 80,000 one) until that guy with the hard to pronounce name corrected himself.
>Post YFW you're not a Teen Titans (2003) fanboy
made fun of a make a wish kid? that's low.
do these commenters count as 'MCU only fans' (ones that only got into marvel because of the movies but only dwell within the scope of the movies)?
>people who keep saying the 2003 series was the original Teen Titans
Nobody refers to it as the "original" in the sense that it's the first installment of Teen Titans, you fucking idiot. They mean relative to the spin-off.
So why were people upset that the original teen titans appeared on TV?
Isn't that exactly what they wanted?
what do fans of the 2003 series think about the judas contract anyway?
before they actually made it, people i used to know would cite they would rather watch it than TTG. it actually gets made but they have no opinion of it (most of them fell off the face of the earth though, the rest don't even tell me if they've seen it or not).
>not using the original Titans
Reminder that this thumbnail represents Wonder Girl's only appearance in the previous cartoon. Though she was in at least one issue of the tie-in comic.
teen titans Go! is SHIT! HAHAHA! now make an episode making fun of me for saying it's shit!!!!
The TT cartoon was originally to be about Adam Warren Titans Elseworlds book, that's why the forced anime style and silly music.
>Dems run least popular politician in the country for president
>Republicans run guy who appeals to white men over 50 and their wives, AKA biggest voting block in the country
>Hillary then proceeds to lose due to having zero charisma and a history of scandals going back to the 90's
>unpopular boring lady loses just like unpopular boring candidates always lose
/pol/: HUUUR WE DID THIS, LOOK MOM I FINALLY ACCOMPLISHED SOMETHING.
Well, that's a retarded complaint. If anything, the original show was less faithful to the comics than TTG.
Been a long ass time since I've been able to dust off this image.
go to bed you guys, you have school tomorrow
Pretty much this.
Hillary was a terrible candidate and person. Anyone who has researched anything about her past would discover that she should have NEVER been the Dems nomination. Would Bernie had beaten Trump? Maybe? All that matters is that Trump is the president until 2020. Where he'll either run again or another candidate will emerge.
I liked Teen Titans but the salt over TTG will never not be funny. Like I refuse to believe people are mad enough to melodramatically whine about this thing over and over and over again
I've been thinking for the longest time now that no one really shills on 4chan and despite the times its been proven on any board its just been someone bullshiting.
I don't think anyone cares enough about this site as something worth shilling to.
>or another candidate will emerge
Leave Trump to me
Bernie was a lot more well received but they ended up feeding him to Hillary in a stupid last attempt to make her popular with the kids.
Fucking stupid but I'm glad she didn't won.
Still waiting for the episode where it's just showing the writers breaking several DVDs of the original show for 15 minutes and then taking a huge shit all over them.
>reddit believes this site is serious business
You are underestimating the influence this website has on the world while posting one of the reasons it currently has/will have influence- the children. The fact kids want to be edgy, come here and are exposed to the arguments of the left and then have those arguments destroyed before the left can feed them to the kids is one of the reasons this country is in for a seismic shift in politics over the next generation.
>its another /co/ "WHY DOESNT /pol/-kun NOTICE ME ITS NOT LIKE I LIKE HIM OR ANYTHING BAKA" episode
Really? We just had a full week bomb of those.
The fucking crowbar next to Jason's ashes
>I'm glad Hillary didn't win.
Meanwhile, Trump manages to win the love of Russia and NK immediately after winning, and then antagonizes them and China at the same time, pushing us closer towards Nuclear Holocaust than we have been since the beginning of the Cold War.
I never hated Trump before, but how can people like him, now? Especially with him pushing for the Dakota Pipeline, which totally violates Native American rights.
I always thought the original was anime garbage, no idea why it has so much of a following.
>Trump did [thing that posses off conservatives and neutrals and endangers lives of all Americans]
>How can conservatives possibly support him after [thing that conservatives want]?
Do you ever just record yourself talking, then play it back and listen to how stupid you are? Or do you ever stop and re-read something before sharing it? It couldn't hurt.
It seems as if TTG's batcave has a lot of DC references stashed in there.
They even referenced Batman vs Superman in BBSFBDAY
I must be stupid, since I have never heard of that word, before.
Cons really want nuclear war? And Trump's going along with it? For God's sake, someone explain to me why he is supposedly the greatest president ever,
No one worth listening to is saying he is "the greatest president ever". Trump is an average to below average president but he isn't Hitler and he isn't the worst president ever. Idiots like yourself are subscribing to a false dichotomy of "I don't like him so if anyone else does they must think he's literally the greatest human being in history".
You're not answering my question. How can you defend him now that he's setting us on the path to Nuclear War with three major countries at the same time? Even Dubya and Nixon weren't that dumb.
I rewatch the series every few years, and outside of the pilot, it still holds up very well and did many of the original Wolfman arcs better than the comics (and he's also a writer on the cartoon, so he revised his stories a bit)
This comic was a pedo's wet dream
>they're all drawn like they're 10 years old
It's so fucking funny.
No matter what you say they're always bitchy now.
how would that affect the reception for the movie?
would the 'man of murder' meme be averted?
i mean batman snapped the joker's neck enough to incapacitate him but not enough to kill him.
I don't actively hate the 2003 version or anything, but the fans may be some of the biggest crybabies I've ever seen. NuPPG is way worse and still running yet TTfags are constantly whining while PPGfags just stopped giving it attention. At least TTG hits a funny joke once in a while.
what's pretty fucked is that TTG is the face of the Anti Bullying Campaign
like fuck, do kids not notice the contradictions? all the characters do is bully each other. and specifically the weakest and most vulnerable ones
sometimes that's Beast Boy most of the time it's Robin where they specifically make fun of h im
It's not bullying, it's good natured ribbing. They're not sensitive and don't get all sad and mopey about it. Otherwise, the majority of television would be considered having bullying on it
Can't wait until Wojak appears in TTG if he hasn't already
I'm a huge fan of the original (yeah, I'm still calling it that) Teen Titans and I don't hate Go at all. In fact I've watched a fuckload of Go, and while there's dumb, shitty eps there's also lots of funny and clever ones. It's an overall solid COMEDY cartoon. Unlike the obscene, loathsome and insulting show like the NuPPG that pretends it's in the same spirit as the original while shitting all over it, Go never even attempted to sell itself as such. It was a wholly different show from the start.
>tfw B.E.R. is not a real band
The songs in the 80s special have no right to be this groovy
As bad as season 2 was, and as hit or miss as season 3 could be, 4 has been pretty good for the most part. 80% of it is some parody of something while 10% is some lesson that no show bothers to teach.
I also love how they just don't care. One minute the show has a talking spray painting can rap about how to be cool and in the next the show is fighting some metaphor for college debt in a game of football.
Watching "Pyramid Scheme" could help you spot one and watching "Who's laughing now" explains how college isn't for everyone and explains the dangers of college debt and the downfall of college itself.
That episode Mysteriousmrenter whined about (for no reason) also explains equity and rent control. I can't really explain this as well so you're just going to have to watch the episode.
seen the episodes you listed (plus the gold standard).
i know of an acquaintance that likes to cite how ttg got history wrong (the washington episode) but he never replies when people point out the economics episodes.
>They wouldn't have attacked that statement if it wasn't what critics were saying.
TTGO doesn't make anti-critic rage episodes in response to what critics are actually saying, they make them because they're angry about not being liked and want to attack a point they think they can defeat, and ignore the ones they can't.
neither is Christina Miller. Pic related is
Don't show this to MrEnter, it's too mean spirited.
>I'm still confused why the runners on TTG feel the need to shill on 4chan
Half the episodes are spent shitting on fans, fans of the old show, and anyone who pays attention to the show. They seem to just have contempt for anyone watching at this point.
Im not but i still fucking hate TTG fior making CN unwatchable with its spam
Some Make-A-Wish kid got to view the Wanted special early and AwesomeVox (that black man) decided to make a "joke tweet" and it ended up being insulting to some people. This spanned until the Make-A-Wish kid just took his poorly made apology and told everyone to lay off of him.
Personally, I don't see it as insulting. Just a poor joke that stirred up a mess.
The Anime shit was annoying sometimes (mostly a copy and paste of FMA "humour") but it was a solid action cartoon for the most part, thought IMO the first Ben 10 Series did it better.
