remember that woman he killed because she beat him in some games? The only reason why Grimm hangs out with Billy and Mandy is because he hates his job and would rather goof around then going around killing everyone. Its been shown though, that he has no qualms killing people, even before they were supposed to die. Grimm is really frightening when he gets serious, even if that only happens maybe once every 2 seasons.
