Who's the cooler Spider-Man villain, Norman or Otto? Personally I've always liked Norman and part of me roots for him to be a bastard as a baddy, but I find Otto really annoying and always just want Spidey to brutalize him

Otto is better as a twisted parallel of Spiderman, being a bitter nerd who got superpowers but because he didn't have a cool uncle he became a bad guy instead of a good guy. Norman is a one note dickhead with a magic skateboard and grenades. Oh, its a Norman issue! I wonder if he will laugh crazily and bring up Gwen! Shocking swerve!

It could be argued Norman makes for a better physical foe for Spider-Man though, seeing as he's just as tough/strong as him even without his gadgets, it's always been a bit hard for me to buy the fact that Otto's metal arms alone are enough to make him a physical thread to Peter with spider sense
