He's already a random, hyperactive, highly distracted and chaotic mess. I don't think the point was that he absorbed specific cultures of the internet so much as the entire entity all at once. So I don't think anything would change.

Pretty much this. Having the power of the internet wasn't really used as a plot point save for a few episodes. Honestly he's just another cartoon character.
