If a Super Hero was completely invincible and the only thing

Does the character have goals other than "don't die?" Are there people or things that matter to them? Do they have a personal life of any kind?
There are stakes other than whether or not the hero dies.

Make him "just" invincible and unkillable, nothing else. He cannot be harmed in any way, but this doesn't mean he is faster or stronger than an average human.
This should be a big conflict the character is in, make him smug about the fact that he is invincible and then put him in a situation where his invincibility is worth jack shit. Maybe use a villian who is made of thin glass to add salt to do this, makes it even more humiliating.

Have an alter ego that kills black people. Would be easy because the prisons are full of them, but after that, it gets far more difficult. Bonus: have the main ego pretend that he's going after the alter ego.

Put him in a post-apocalyptic setting, have settlements few and far between and everyone killing each other over food and water. Radiation kills most people before they get much older than 30.

Have him wander place to place, seeing how people are adapting and living. A man who needs nothing observing, judging, and sometimes intervening on how people with nothing try to survive.

Make him like super meat boy or some other generic video game character
anything that hits him instantly kills him and he revives at the start of the fight, so he has to memorize every trick the villain has up their sleeve and beat them without being scratched

If that's their only power then imprisonment is still a pretty glaring weakness
