do we have anything directly from either of their mouths/pens to prove it on way or the other?

Kirby was a sweetheart so I doubt he hated Stan.
Ditko, maybe, but then again he's craaaaaazy so even if he did I bet he probably doesn't care anymore.

Highly recommend Marvel Comics: The Untold Story if you're interested in this.
I don't think Kirby hated Lee at all. I think he became embittered later on as Stan was pimping his name more and more in the media, and to be fair a lot of industry people were sucking Kirby's dick and telling him he was responsible for everything. Kirby had become a bit of a martyr in the late 70's among creators who held him up as the prime example of a creator getting screwed out of their hard work, and I think this went to Jack's head a bit.
In Jack's last years his mind started to go, which caused him to get more angry, because he had started to believe that he had created Spider-Man and other things that were demonstrably false.
The final time Lee and Kirby spoke, Kirby called Lee over at a convention, and told Stan that he respected him. Things got pretty bad between the two in the years leading up to Jack's death, but I think in the days they were creating together, they were legitimately friends and had mutual respect.
As for Ditko, I don't think he hated Lee personally, but Stan represented the idea of compromising your artistic integrity for commercial success. Ditko likely isn't resentful because it's against his ideology to be, but Lee just happens to represent everything he stands against, so the two could never be real friends.
I'm not sure about how Kirby or Ditko actually felt. Eisner claims Kirby felt screwed over by Lee in Eisner/Miller. Eisner makes it pretty clear he should be respected and is likable but not much of a writer. Of course, Eisner never got fucked over by Stan

I think Ditko lost any respect for Stan when he quit. According to Ditko when he came in to turn in his finals Spider-Man pages and say he was done Stan wouldn't even leave his office to see him.
He said the only people who need to know why he left Marvel were himself and Stan, so since Stan wouldn't come out to talk only Ditko knows for sure.

Ditko and Lee hated each other so much that they refused to be in the same room together. That's why Ditko eventually took over the plotting duties on Amazing Spider-Man.

Here is a dry, but accurate video about Stan Lee and his relationships to the artists:

I don't think Kirby hated Lee, he just hated how Lee did business.
Ditko hates everyone.

Kirby, no. Ditko, yes.
But Ditko hated him for stupid reasons.
