Chat Noir, yes probably. What we've seen of their endurance while transformed suggests they're pretty much invulnerable. Falling at terminal velocity is annoying but not a real problem, their equipment can safely arrest the momentum of an out-of-control bus, etc.

In general you seem to need some sort of comparable magic to actually inflict damage on them.
