Animaniacs was pretty top-tier during its early run, but I don't know if the animation quality ever topped what WB pulled off with Tiny Toons: How I Spent My Summer Vacation

Dam, do I love this show. Besides some of the poorly animated episodes like >>94902290 mentioned, I have few problems with it, but they are still problems.
The obvious first one is that it's dated, the second is that you could really tell that they were pushing for Elmyra to take center stage later in the show's run.

Steven Speilberg loved Elmyra from what I heard. She even got her own show with Pinky and the Brain since she was a beloved character by executives

And there in lies the problem, she was intentionally created to be annoying, a character like her is one you take in small amounts, pretty sure that if they could have gathered fan input at the time they would see otherwise... but that then would probably lead to Fifi being given more prominence for... obvious reasons.
