Finally watched it for the first time. Honestly it was fine.

I was amazed that a modern popular movie could have an explicitly feminist villain without SJWs having a giant freakout.

I have to watch pretty much every animated movie with my autistic brother, and I feared the worse going into this, but it's surprisingly decent

These past 2 years have surprised me with movies that I assumed would be 4/10s ending up being 7-8/10s.

The problem with the Minions is their oversaturated presence in advertising, products, and generally all forms of entertainment.
The movies they're featured in are at least competent, it's Illuminations insistence on them never being out of the fucking public eye that makes people hate them. I hate SEEING the Minions everywhere I turn, I don't hate their films outside of the fact that other studios wanna copy their success.
